Vax V11

Wanted replacement hose and handle – WANTED genuine replacement hose handle Vax V11 wet/dry vacuum as in this picture.Must have slide connectors on handle for water control, someone must still have one, happy to buy whole machine

Never lets you down – I have had a Vax for years,and I have had the V11 for a few years now and apart from loosing a little suction when the filter needs to be changed I think it is great, okay a little heavy but it is a good machine. I still have the previous one which is still in use. I also have a Dyson upright which is good for carpets and nothing else. The Vax11 is reliable, it has never let me down. I do find it a bit heavy to pull around now

Good – Love it! It was great for when my son was growing up. I would regulary borrow my mums each week and still do, to vacuum the whole house. No need for expensive cleaners to come in and do your house. Brilliant.Fantastic for those who have kids with regular spills and mess.Great for washing floors and carpets as well Having to change from normal vacuuming over to wet section is a bit of a bother.

Bad – Recommend going for the higher end VAX products. This one is barely able to cope with minor carpet cleaning. Ergonomic design of the machine. Easy to use. Easy to set up for wet or dry vacuuming. Not really powerful enough.
