Was happyish until it semi stopped working but hapy with upgrade to the vax stea glider vx79 – Used to have this model before i upgraded to the Vax steam glider cleaner vx79 which so far works amazingly. But this model i found to be heavy and it suddenly just started not working as well and not producing enough steam so had to get a new steam mop, but im very happy with the new model mentioned above its light and produces a lot if steam if i had to state negatives the cord could he longer and it could come with a spare pad and as the handle clips in and out its not exactly solid but fir the price and function happy with it. I would like to state that i use the steam cleaner on the entirety of the floors in my house as i dint have carpet. Both i found the tank lasted me 15-20mins so pretty happy with that
Purchased for $70.
Does not work – It doesn’t up to temp (92-95c) (I can easily touch the steam and nozzles Which around 40-50c) Need a lot of scrab to clean I have to use hot water and steel sponges :-( Floor is wet as using the mop no way i could use for carpet or couch Also part was broken as purchased It may faulty product. .....Not sure
Purchased in for $100.
Best steam mop under $100 – Recently replaced a more expensive Kaercher model which died after a few years of service. Given the price point I was pleasantly surprised with how well this cleans our floors. I have young children so they get caked with food pretty regularly. Build quality is pretty good for a cheap unit, and the ability to dismantle and use as a handheld with the various attachments is great. My favourite part is the nice soft trigger, my previous model needed a lot pressure on the trigger to operate which made extended cleans tiresome on the grip.
