So frustrating!!! – To have it on charge for days on end then get two mins out of it. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I have a big vax that is awesome had it for years but not the little one it's hopeless sorry. Mind you other stick vacuums are in the hundreds and the suction is not much better. Would be great for someone to invent one that was cordless sucked well and did last for all of 15 mins.

Terrible – No better than a black and decker, for what it is there is a few cheaper brand $50/60+ giving same performance not worth paying $100+ for a little more I would rather go for more reliable electrolux or nilfiks... One good month of trouble free. Low suction power and battery died within 6 months.

Terrible – Great idea but battery unable to keep up with unit. I charge it up and go to use it and 2 minutes it's already starting to die. I keep unit's filter very clean and cycle charger still no good. So annoying. Wouldn't recommend at all. Looks great and is a good design Won't keep charged. After a few minutes it runs out of battery. This is my third replacement unit and still no good

Terrible – Poor quality machine that is still on the market. Don't waste your $100 bucks on this baby. No joy - only crumbs stuck to the carpet!!!! Nice Reddish colour!!! Doesn't work. No suck!! Just a complete was of time. You charge it up and doesn't vac anything then runs out of steam in a few minutes after being fully charged. It has sat in the cupboard for nearly 12 mths. Wait a waist of time!!!

Excellent – After spending hours on the internet looking up dustbusters, I discovered the upright cordless versions. This saves my back & does a much better job than an ordinary dustbuster. I decided on the Vax Wizard as it has the highest voltage, 15.6v. RRP is $119 so I went to Good Guys armed with cash & paid $105 (apparently there's not much of a markup… Read more

on these & that was a low as she could go). I've been absolutely thrilled. It's suction is great & you get 15 mins cleaning time. It has a telescopic handle & an attachment for the dustbuster so u can reach awkward areas. It's certainly going to make keeping my light floor tiles clean 100% easier.

Terrible – Conduct thorough research before buying any cordless rechargeable vacuum cleaners. After reading the reviews I will be returning the vacuum for a refund and purchasing an Electrolux vacuum After recharging the battery for 20-hours as specified nothing happens when it is turned on

Terrible – If you are looking to waist time, money and energy then you've got the right product in mind. After returning it to the service department, the servfice guy said that they had heaps of these items returned. He also said that they keep returning due to a wide range of faults and very poor manifacturing. All in all a very disapointing experience.… Read more

My young child enjoyed playing with the box This is a great product while it is in the box, but after that it all goes bum up. Faults galor with this unit, rates it as useful as the preverbial "tits on a bull" On the first use it faulted.

Terrible – I want to protect buyers and wish them to consider a better product then this poor developed machine. We have spend more money on repair then the price of the machine No pros at all Works only for about 2 minutes after replacing the battery the same problem occurs. This is a handheld cordless machine that has been deposit in the dustbin. very poor quality

Terrible – Would never buy this machine again. I've had to return it because the battery kept running out within 1 minute. They replaced the battery (which was better) but still doesn't last very long. I wanted to use it for a quick clean up on our mats but it just doesn't work. It's okay if you just use the handheld device to pick up sand but anything… Read more

else it simply can't handle. Easy to use. The handheld sections is okay for small jobs on hard floors. Terrible machine for using on carpets or rugs. Gets blocked within seconds and then loses suction. Battery doesn't last and it really has no power.

Excellent – This is a great little product that does what it is intended to d, ie. It's not meant to replace a big vacuum cleaner but to supplement it. Have recommended it to others who are also happy with it. Quick, light and easy to use. I have used this to do all my hard floors to get up dog hair and use it for day to day cleanups.

Excellent – Excellent product for the price. I looked at the eltrolux intially which at double the price has less voltage (9.6v). The Vax is not only attractive it's also powerful enough to pick up the pet hair that seems to gather every day. I was so thrilled I gave one to my brother (who has just had a baby) - they love it as well and use it everyday just… Read more

like myself. It saves me so much time. It was value for money compared to the other brands and the highest voltage I could find on the market for a convertable upright rechargeable vacuum cleaner. I find it great that it converts to a hand held as well as a good upright cleaner. And the price was a bonus at $99 on sale at Retro Vision. So I bought two for the price of one Eletrolux (my intial choice). the down side is that it can't be kept on a constant charge and it does take a while to recharge.
