Viali VSL Series

Not durable, broken plastic components means it can no longer hang above stove – The motor and everything has worked fine since purchasing in 2017. But, the plastic components that hold the screws have recently broken. Some of the unit falls onto the stove each time you slide it out. I called Good Guys, the sole representative for Viali, and they couldn't offer support and don't know of any way to troubleshoot the issue or offer spare parts. After sales support is unfortunately quite poor. I found an after sales contact number for the distributor and have been on the phone waiting to speak to someone for over 20 minutes. If I had my time again, I'd spend more money to purchase a product which would last.

Excellent for the Price – Very good product with extra LED down light option . First time used this but happy with the product quality and features.Easy to install and product is strong compare to others. Will buy other products from this company in future.
