My vibrofit one has stopped working. It beeps when turned on and the screen flashes. I brought it 4 years ago so it is out of warranty. I cannot find the manual. Any suggestions on how to fix it or the cost.

Is this dangerous for small children
As long as it is used under the supervision of a responsible adult, I wouldn't consider it dangerous. Though perhaps further advice should be sought from a medical professional as well. Logical, I would have thought
Hello Barb, like Roland already mentioned, supervision is required for use of the appliance by children. We also recommend using a lower setting (gentle vibration for no longer than a few minutes) for children. We also advise checking with your General practitioner before the child uses it.
Hi. I’ve lost the vibrofit one remote control following houses renovations. Is it possible to buy a replacement. Will it work without the remote?
I don't know if replacement remotes are available where you are, but the machine should work without the remote. You will just have to use the controls manually on the machine to increase the speed and programme selections. That's all I can offer. I hope this is useful for you. Roland
Hey Trish as Roland mentioned you will be able to use the Vibrofit without the remote as well, otherwise just contact us and we will be able to organize a replacement remote :)

Hi is there anyway to turn the start up beep off? I want to use my machine early in the morning but the beep from start up and changing speeds etc wakes my children. Thanks
Hi Leisa, better late than never :) It depends which version you have because for some you can switch off the sound completely, for others not. However, you can control the volume.
I just purchase a vibrofit.. i just wish there is an Vibrofit Apps that u can follow and connected to your cellphone..is it existed?

Hi Julio, can't answer your question but I found their support extremely good. My unit broke down and under warranty I returned the unit at their cost and the motor and main PCB (electronic board ) were replaced without question. I had to package it for return which is not easy without the original packaging so suggest everyone keep it. Cheers John
What to do when vibrofit starts to rattle loudly? Sounds like something loose inside but still works. Who can fix?

What is the maximum amount of weight for this machine? I saw one in my shopping centre today that had a maximum of 150 kg. I think it was a eurofit.

Specifications on website say 120 kgs. I've been as much as 20 kgs over than and experienced no problems. Machine still going strong.

I am thinking of buying one of these but want to make sure it is going to help my varicous veins - mainly very aching legs, ankles and heels. I tried a friends today and my thighs and bottom skin really itched! Is this normal? Thanks, Amanda
Hello Amanda, the Vibrofit plates are ideal for boosting circulation as well as toning up your muscles. When you use a vibrating plate, circulation is improved as the blood vessels are open and circulation is returning. This can explain that tingling feeling. However as per all pre-existing medical conditions, we strongly recommend that you seek medical advise directly with your doctor. We hope this helps :)
I have viewed your beginners training video and the various positions, what pre programs are best and for how long when performing this? How many times a day/week is recommended?
Thank you for your message. You can use the plate daily and alternate between programmes. The first few programmes use lower speeds and are therefore less challenging but you can gradually build up and alternate between programmes. Hello, thank you for your message. You can certainly use the plate every day and gradually build up the time and intensity. It is also however important to allow some recovery time to give your body time to adjust to the workouts and get stronger.

How does this compare to powerfit which my friend has been using for two weeks & can see that her waist is decreasing will this do the same by just standing on it?
