and does a great job in picking up cuttings, the catcher is a little smaller than I would prefer but it works. Simply press a button, pull a lever and away you go. My decision to buy this type of mower was also influenced by an earlier decision to get a battery powered mower for my mother in law a few years back, she is in her 80’s and need a mower that she could easily handle as she lives alone. She loves it. Victa was a brand that I remember from many years so it was an easy choice for me, it turns out it was a great choice as it has been reliable and durable to this point and I don’t see any reason not to give it 5 stars!
