Vie Pilates works for me – Vie Pilates is a great new Pilates studio at Varsity Lakes. Before going there, I had never attempted Pilates, and figured it would't do anything for me to get back into shape after giving birth. However, after several months of going to see Sylvia at Vie Pilates, I am noticing some good results. The instructor is highly experienced and under her expertise, she made me feel at ease and made our training an enjoyable experience. Very highly recommended. The staff, the equipment and the studio itself. All excellent
