Disappointing Product Longevity & Terrible Customer Service I’d give the foundation itself 3 stars — it’s okay when fresh, though I found it oily and needing both primer and powder to stay in place. However, I’m deducting 2 stars for abysmal customer service and a refusal to stand by their product. While not one of the bottles I received contained product I would describe as white, one bottle I opened 5 months after purchase (stored unopened in a cool, dry place) was noticeably darker, had a stronger scent, and appeared spoiled. The company refused to even consider replacing it, hiding behind an extremely limited 30-day return policy.
Foundation should last well beyond 5 months unopened. This product is clearly faulty and the manufacturer is now just ignoring my attempts to resolve this issue.
Warning: If you buy multiple bottles or don’t open your purchase immediately, you risk being stuck with an unusable product — they do not acknowledge faults outside their tiny returns window. Buyer beware.
Follow-up · To answer some questions received: What was the scent like? It had an aged makeup or old skincare product smell. Like rancid oil. How oily was it? It needed powder to set, otherwise it would easily wipe off or be gone by the end of the day. What was the original colour? It is supposed be completely white. Not one bottle I received was ever white. Interestingly, they reached out to me after my OP, told me that my experience was not ok and asked details of my order and pictures of the faulty product. When I told them I’d already provided these and all requested for a resolution had been rejected, they ghosted me again
It doesn't give you enough coverage, I used it twice to make sure I am doing it correctly, but I have some darker spots on my face and it doesn't cover it at all, I requested the return as they say 30 days return accepted, I was told because I used it they can't sell it to anyone else so they can't accept the return!!! How else can someone know that it doesn't work for them !!!!

I’ve only used it once but it seems to be more like a very expensive tinted sunscreen than a foundation. I have a little bit of rosacea on my cheeks and it doesn’t cover that and it feels a bit heavy when you apply it. But it does match my skin tone perfectly. I wouldn’t order it again. It’s way too expensive for what it is. Edit: I may have jumped the gun with my review, the product is no longer usable and is cakey on my skin and disappears after a couple of hours. I’ve asked for a refund with no response from the company after multiple emails. The product is nothing like they claim it to be, don’t do it. It’s a rip off and they’ll just ignore you if you ask for a refund Update 2: I had to get PayPal involved because they wouldn’t cooperate with me regarding a refund. I was ignored by VIMA after a few emails and they even went so far as to create a bogus ticket claiming to respond to my original email, which I never received. After I escalated my claim via PayPal they offered me a refund of $27. I paid $110. I would never buy from this company again and has destroyed my faith in buying online.

Amazing product, does exactly what it says on the tin! I am light/olive skinned so this may be different for darker tones but I recommend this product 110%. It's time for a positive review on a product that I've seen get a lot of mixed reviews on. This colour changing foundation is excellent. You don't need to use a lot but it is buildable. It leaves your skin feeling dewy which isn't totally my cup of tea but I finish it with a matte powder and it comes out perfect. You need never fear orange/brown lines due to colour matching issues which is also brilliant.
My only gripe (minor as it is) is that the fragrance is unnecessary/too strong - VIMA take note! EDITED TO NOTE: VIMA have listened to feedback and removed the fragrance from this product so it is now perfect!!
Oh, there is one more gripe - the price increased dramatically between my second purchase and today (almost $20AUD) which is crappy but your best value for money is still the twin-pack option.
P.S. Do NOT buy the cheap dupes on eBay or Amazon, they are not legit, the pictures are lies and the contents themselves are a mystery that probably isn't as exciting as you might hope.
