quivered for 24hrs non-stop.

I’ve had to stop taking it. I’m drinking lots of water to flush it out of my system. I have a pristine health history and no family history of cardiac issues. It’s been four days and my heart still quivers a little. I hope it goes away. I hope I’ve not copped a permanent arrhythmia from this! Wish me luck.

My Experience – Been using this for years and haven't had any issues. Taste is ok and I only get the vanilla one. chocolate one I don't like in any brand. than 3/5 is because of the following factors:

1- These proteins are not that dissolvable in shakers and there are always lumps there unless you leave it for 15 min or longer so water gets absorbs to all parts.

2- Chemist warehouse used to have larger buckets in 3kg and 4kg tubs and they no longer have them and no other place sells them around me in larger tubs I don't like the 3kg in bags.

3- I liked the promotions they had 10 years ago when I could also get a free towel and shaker and haven't seen them anymore.

4- The vanilla taste could be improved perhaps to be a bit lighter and also less sugar, but overall it's not as sweet as the Musashi I am using now. Musashi is way too sweet, it's gross.

5- I only buy this brand when its on special (2kg for under $60) I don't pay more than that as its effectiveness isn't that great for me and my intensive workout. Expecting better results but not getting the results I am after. 10 years ago I used to buy (I think 4kg Tubs) for $130 (If I recall correctly) and today the 2kg tubs are for that price unless on special (1/2 price). They certainly don't worth more than that. There are much better proteins (uProtein) which are cheaper and have higher ratings, however only available online). I don't mind giving them a try however I would have preferred to pick one in stores not online.

This product makes me throw up in 10 minutes – Bought it from Chemist warehouse, I regularly use different burners and protein shakes never had such bad reaction as this one. 1st time i used it ...10 minutes i was puking the stuff out. so gave it about a months break , assuming could have been my system that was bad. but a month later exactly the same effect. Smells like paint – I bought this the Vital Strength from Chemist Warehouse in Sydney (Ranwick) and when i opened it i got an overwhelming scent of paint. This is extremely disappointing and potentially very harmful. It use to be so good – i recently purchased this protein powder in Chocolate as i use to buy it back in 2018/2019 and loved it. but this time round.... well lets just say that within 2hrs of having it, it feels like i am getting stabbed in the guts with an ice pik and then there is a mass evacuation to put it nicely. Great Product - but – This product does everything you would want from a protien powder - but beware of allergy problem. Halfway through my tub, I developed an irritating itchy rash which I am now trying to clear up. Ice cream vomit – it mixes well which is a positive. Very sweet, artificial and tastes like vanilla ice cream vomit, very negative unfortunately. Will try mixing some berries for tartness but not holding much hope it won't end up in the bin. Show details

DO NOT BUY THIS – VitalStrength Hydroxy Ripped says it contains soy? really? i nearly purchased this until i saw that. Soy is very very bad. it's bad because it boosts estrogen and lowers testosterone. Why would you put this in a product aimed at gaining lean muscle? confusing!

I wouldn't take this if your aim of going to the gym is to bulk up and do strongman, but if your aim for going is to look good, this product will definitely help. It all comes down to the old gym adage of training which basically says "you can either train to look good with your shirt on or your shirt off"
