I have to accept that it does the work really well, if it does. Ours died within less than 15 uses and had to send it back for repairing. It died on 11 February 2025, reported next day. days it will be two months since it broke and we didn't have a blender for so long. Company does not seem to bother about that but they are pushing us to write review about the repairing services even before we got it and cofirm it works. They gave no information why it broke down so quickly. I am worried about the quality of product and manufacturing.

I can't think how this blender could be improved. It's really very good. And does everything they claim it does – We got this 4 weeks ago after agonising over the price. We almost bought an Optimum blender but we went with this one because I liked that it has bluetooth and an app to control it. gear that meshes with the blade on the jug is steel. The jug too feels really solid and nicely designed. The blender makes everything nice cream, hot soup and smoothies. Nothing seems to slow it down. So far we've been using it at least 3 times a day and as one would expect from something so expensive and with such a reputation and a 10 year warranty, it's been flawless. If anything happens I'll update this review and adjust the rating. For now it's perfect.

Unhappy – So I woke up to the E17-18 code it will not go away I’ve tried resetting it multiple times. I am very unhappy with my experience. I’ve only used it a total of 4 times. This blender is way too expensive to just shut down this quickly.  Show details

build quality is very high and second to none. Blender appears to be very easy to use and cleans up very well. Also Noise level is very good compared to Ninja and other blenders . Overall highly recommended.

Warranty failure – Purchased this blender around 12 months ago specifically for the extended warranty. Worked well initially but now doesn’t work at all as it won’t recognise that the lid is on and vitamix have not responded to several attempts to contact. Incredibly disappointing. Show details

they are still smooth and taste good enough for me! The self-cleaning function is also easy to use and apart from the expected loud noise when it's on the max power, everything seems to be very good. It's money well spent!

Perfect – An incredibly strong blender, its not quiet when you crank it up max but that's because the motor is strong. I've always wanted a Vitamix and am delighted to own one, it's flawless with everything it does. The 10 year warranty is a bonus. Show details ·  1

Best Blender Ever – I've purchased the Vitamix A2500i and absolutely love it! I had the Thermomix and gave it away as it caused me so many burns. Glad that's gone. that once you put the lid on, it works! It needs the lid on to sense that it's on correctly and ready to blend. See if this works, cause it is a great machine and once I have done this, all works beautifully. Hope this helps.

Just unboxed it. It won’t start, just spend 1hr to try to fix it and no success – It took me years to decide which blender to buy. After lots of research I decided to buy this Vitamix A2300i as a Christmas present. Just unboxed it and it WONT WORK!!!. It can’t not do not even 1 blend. electricity is there and the blender is plugged in. When placing the jar in place it just show three - hyphens. The manual says that it because it doesn’t recognise that the jar has lid. I checked the lid, I made sure that the magnets align and still no success. There was no complexity on this machine just turn the power level 1-10 and press one button. Well my idea of finishing the day with frozen margaritas just got busted. Now I need to spend the another day to bring the item back to the store. It is just not worthy, just buy a cheap NOT VITAMIX blender it is not worthy the price tag. The quality is not there. Took me years to become a customer and one Christmas day to loose all the trust on the “quality” brand! Do not buy it.
