Voss Sparkling Water

Well I have always been a Voss Sparkling buyer until this last time I purchased 3 cases of 800ML sparkling before xmas and took to a few dinner parties, but I did not indulge, then I opened some in the new year and it was FLAT FLAT FLAT so I complained to sunroad in Sydney who are the distributor for BIG W they sent me a post pack to send back a few as they are very heavy and I could not carry the box. they came back with this- obviously they do not buy sparkling water and have no idea it should be actually fizzy . I am happy to take the bottles to somewhere in Sydney and open it in from of someone as it will be FLAT just dont buy Voss!! Marketplace Support (Everyday Market) 27 Feb 2026, 13:46 GMT+11

Yes we did receive these 3 Voss bottles for testing.

After carefully reviewing and conducting a thorough quality inspection, we can confirm the Voss 800mL Sparkling Glass passed all quality assurance checks and meets expected standards. Upon opening sealed bottles, effervescence was sighted on first instance and again each time bottles were closed and reopened. We deem product matches the description, specifications, and quality as advertised. Batch tested EXP 03 JUL 2026.

As a result, we are unable to proceed with a full refund of $164.40 at this time. However a refund of $13.71 has been processed as compensation to cover the 3 bottles sent in for testing. We understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for and truly appreciate your understanding.
