Vuly 16" Mountain Bike

My daughter’s bike looks nice enough and is sturdy. It was tricky to assemble the break as it either bumped against the wheel when riding or didn’t work once loosened. Sadly the bike came with no kick stand and the hand break was just not made for little hands to reach. Abysmal service, not worth the drama – We decided to purchase this bike direct from Vuly after seeing the good reviews, but the experience was so bad we will not be buying from them again. away in a week and a half, only to be told that the in stock listing was untrue and that stock was not actually due in their warehouse until the following week. I then tried to change the address to my parents house and did not receive a reply, so emailed Vuly again, who said they would make a request to their warehouse to change the address. A few days later I got an email from Toll saying the item would soon be dispatched. Having not had the change of address confirmed I rang Toll who still had the incorrect address - they said changing it was simple and just required a phone/email confirmation from Vuly (not myself). I then rang and emailed Vuly again who assured me that the address would be changed, and that they would again request this of their warehouse. Another two days later and I got an email from Toll confirming that the delivery was on its way to the incorrect address, where no one would be home. Again I emailed Vuly, only to receive a reply a couple of days later that it was too late and the address could not be changed. My parents then had to drive 40 minutes to pick up the package which had been left close to the street despite me confirming no one was at the house to take the delivery.

Worst customer service-bike box opened when delivered no instructions – I bough this 16 inch bike for my son on 21st june and for nearly 2 weeks vuly did not have stock and got delivered last week. When the toll delivery driver deliver the box, i noticed the box was open. I asked the driver why its open and he said the company sent an open box and it was not opened by toll or himself. and the box was sealed with glue and very hard steel stepler claps so someone must have purposely opened it.

Next day i try get bike assemble and noticed inside box also opened and i saw bicycle upside down with parts but no instructions booklet. As i never assemble kids bike and as i paid $300 plus for brand new bike i expected the bicycle in sealed box and i have no idea what other parts are missing. I don’t know how to assemble too as i don’t have many tools such as spanners or drivers and i have only players and screw driver.

So i called vully customer service and talk to the person to send me new box and get this as never know what else missing as i saw bike tigh with front tyre.

He said thats ok he can arrange for new bike and on Friday he asked me to put warranty claim and ask for replacement new bike so i mention his name and expect new bike deliver and pick the open box one.

Today i called vuku and talked with another guy he said nothing wrong with bike and it only instructions missing, he said he cant send new they didnt open the box, they sent sealed box and its courier company seems open.

I asked to talk with his manager and he said his manager is sick and cant send new one

I am totally disappointed with this guy at vully as his colleague said on friday he understood some parts may missing in open box and he will arrange new bike delivered now this guy said cant send new bike. What if my son has accident with insufficient parts i assemble this bike when he ride?

Totally disappointed with the attitude of vully today and posting here, stay away from vuly online store

Amazing quality and easy to ride – This bike is great as a first bike! My 5.5 yr old daughter had never ridden any sort of bike before and we sort of threw her in the deep end by skipping training wheels and she was riding by day 3! Best Children’s Bike – The Vuly bike is the best children’s bike my son has ever had! The grips are robust and soft. The pedals are nice and wide.
