Wacom Pro Pen 2 – Imagine charging over $100 for a "Wacom Pro" graphics tablet PEN that doesn't work with your Wacom Intuos Pro graphics tablet. Before I purchase this pen, I looked for confirmation that it was compatible with my Intuos Pro. There was no useful info at the point of sale (Amaz0n). I really needed a replacement pen urgently so I made the wild assumption that two products by Wacom under the name "Pro" would interact. Turns out they don't and I'm down $150. Thanks Wacom - I've spent 10 x thousands on your products over the last 12 years and you never fail to stay cold.

Pathetic support – Bought this product to create digital art work. Installation would not work though the pc met every criteria. Contacted the support. Without much diagnosis (took them 10 seconds), they said the problem is windows 10 and we should contact Microsoft. This was ridiculous but we escalated and a senior manager did not do any better - same attitude. The support seemed to be overseas and had difficulty understanding that we bought the device from a well known reseller and the product was legit and automatically registered in their site. Will never use them.

They also claimed to include free software - these are not free they are free for a month then you pay through the nose. Rubbish device, rubbish support, waste of money.

There is no online support – Had an issue with my tablet, for 1 week I tried fixing it myself (mac user) with whatever information I could find on Wacom’s faq. Zero luck. Next two weeks, I attempted to email Wacom... their web form doesn’t even work and keeps coming up with ReCAPTCHA errors no matter what you do. Finally I DM them through social media, zero responses, I finally got the form to work... zero responses.

In the end I fixed the issue by following some guy on YouTube who experienced the same issue and couldn’t get support.

For 11 years I’ve been using Wacom, I don’t think it’s worth paying the premium for them. They aren’t the only ones in the game anymore, I’d recommend going with something like a Huion. Cheaper, good support, less high and mighty pompous.

Trouble from the start – You would think a company that makes upto $4000 on a single purchase would look after you with amazing customer service.. you'd be wrong. Cintiq 12 wx was my purchase, it has always been dodgey, but now on my latest computer it refuses to work at all. I'm thinking of switching to traditional art, just to avoid this company. So disappointed

Rude and dismissive customer service – After asking for repairs, well within warranty period, wacom staff have been excessively rude and refused to honour the warranty. It's amazing having to bring legal action against a company for something so simple. Beware! UPDATE May 25: Still no reply from anybody and still no repair on a product well within warranty.
