Do not buy – Do not buy , rubbish product. I wasted $250 in June 2024, stupid me for trusting the reviews. Total scam! If you want disappointment, then buy this lemon. Cannot even suck hair from tiles. Keeps heating up.

Don,t Just Don,t ! – Bought 3 months ago due to seeing good reviews I just wanted an easy stick Vacuum to do the job described instead : Dust pan is too small needs emptying after 3 medium sized carpets a real pain I can tell you!/Filter clogs up and reduces the suction power from High to nothing then ultimately cuts out./Brush head gets tangled with everything thread hair etc./Not enough suction power / Overall it’s just a pain to use. My fault for being a skint flint and buying cheap Chinese made!

Biased Review System – I’m tired of websites withholding negative reviews. I purchased this stick vacuum from Mifo after reading all the good reviews and thought I was making an informed decision (there were some 3/5 star reviews so I assumed the site was publishing all reviews, and that overall people weren’t overtly dissatisfied with this product citing minor flaws only). I previously had a Dyson and wanted to try and find a better value vacuum cleaner. This seemed to fit the bill. For the cheaper price I wasn’t expecting perfection, but given the reviews I was anticipating to be pretty happy with it overall. Ultimately I found that I have to run over the flooring multiple times to clean with this machine and even then the clean was inferior to the Dyson, accessories could be better, it takes on average 6+ hours to reach full battery charge, emptying the dust bin is a faff, and it is a very small receptacle so needs emptying frequently. Overall I was personally underwhelmed so completed a honest review after being extended an invite. I wanted other prospective buyers to be aware that this machine may not be a good fit for some, given all the reviews I read seemed more positive overall. That was weeks ago and it’s still not published. Seems anything under 3 stars is withheld from the Mifo website. This may still be satisfactory for some purchasers, but there are definitely others that would be unhappy with it. I’ve since purchased a Dyson and the difference is remarkable, and I now realise it was worth the extra expense.
