I am a beginner welder. Loving this machine! Once I got it set up, which was easy, and feel for it, which didn't take long, my welds quickly got neater and quicker. It's plain with no frills, but that's the great thing - you turn it on and get the job done. Show details
Never used a MIG before and don’t use stick very often hence my welding experience is very limited. Once this was setup a friend showed me what to do and it is just so fabulous, makes me look like I am a good welder instead of inexperienced. Fabulous product and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to weld Show details
It's a beauty. Easy to use and you don't break ya back lifting it. Lightweight but tough. Goes hard. Show details
Why did I wait so long – After using a stick Welder for 30 odd years, I decided it was time to upgrade. The best decision I ever made. To do Mig welding with this welder is amazingly simple and so very neat . Easy to set up and so fluent when welding. Cuts the time to do a job nearly in half. I thoroughly recommend this welder.
Brilliant welder – I was looking at getting a welder and chose the 160MST for its features at an almost unbeatable price. A removable torch unlike some 160 models was a plus. This welder is brilliant. You can run some solid welds and not think about its duty cycle as it just performs on thinner material which is what I use most. Easy to adjust and the 7 year… Read more
warranty was a great incentive too. Kit came with everything you need as well and can’t beat the price unless you go to a 130 amp.
Excellent duty cycle – The 160MST is very easy to setup and produced good welds even for this novice user. I purchased this model as it had better duty cycle than any of the competitors in this 160 class size. Very happy. Show details
Weldclass are a class above – This was the obvious choice in 3-1 welders. Very east to set up and the package with included helmet, wire, gloves made for an easy decision. Very easy to setup and the digital readouts makes for accurate minor changes for that perfect weld. Also the setup guide makes for an excellent starting point whatever you’re using.
First Time welder – This is my first welder. I found it easy to use, and the usage guide was very helpful. The performance exceeded my expectations. I forgot to secure the earth once, and the system did not operate - a great safety feature. Show details

Pretty good machine – Haven’t used the tig yet, but everything else works great out of the box Show details
Excellent small lightweight welder – I have only used mig and stick with this welder. Mig is so easy to use once you get settings right. Stick has got plenty of power so no stop / start. I had old rods but end up getting weld force rods. They were 10 times better. I want to get adventurous and use the Tig. Show details
