Westinghouse Flat Glass Canopy WRCG940SB / WRCG914BC

Loud buzzing noise – I have been chasing up Westinghouse/Electrolux for almost a year now about this product which produces an audible and very loud buzz when not in use. They have sent a technician twice and the noise got worse with his replacement parts so he put the original part back in. I have been on the phone for many hours over this and have sent innumerable emails and have spoken with so many different people and so many different ticket numbers for a year!!!!! And still no solution it’s appalling service and products. I am actually shocked at how bad the service and product quality is as it’s the same with all the products I bought from them and they are expensive. Beware, if I had my time again I would never buy from this company.
