Hi Ivan, Check out my solution relating to Westinghouse GGR475S https://www.productreview.com.au/reviews/fd3f3860-9653-3169-9930-3eacc60b862b It involves replacement of ignition management board rather than looking to thermostat as the problem. Acquiring a board and doing it DIY is fairly straightforward, if you are reasonably handy. (I'm the handiest guy around here as I live on the premises!)

At least this will alert you to any technicians advice about the root cause.

Can I convert my Westinghouse ggr475 sng to lpg?

As far as I know, you can't use an oven that is designed for natural gas and convert it to take lpg and would be dangerous to do so. You can buy a Westinghouse oven that is specifically designed for lpg.
