Absolute garbage, never starts, floods, i have had this unit 2 years & every time i go to start it there is dramas. It takes an average of 15 minutes & 10s of pulls to get started. Once going its fine. I suspect its a rebranded chinese piece of garbage. Do yourself a favour & buy electric start honda. Show details

Follow-up  · Still garbage, really hard to start. Sometimes takes 15 minutes to start. These units are absolute garbage.

A bit disappointing – Quite, big fuel tank and runs well. Sadly, 4 weeks after purchase the battery died, and this design won't allow the pull start to work if the battery is dead. Show details

generator you have to walk back to the generator and switch the remote start off because if you do not do this it totally flattens the battery on the generator overnight. The manufacturers quote was to purchase a solar panel and permanently connect it to the battery if you want to leave the remote start feature on. Absolutley none of this is mentioned in the sales advertising, its a fully remote start with a key button, that is technically not the full truth.
