Quality control need's improvement – Terrible hinge alignment from the factory, which in turn causes the seal to not have a proper fit. You can easily do the paper or banknote test, and it will slide right out. Before I knew it was a hinge issue, we had the repair guy come out and heat the seal up, which did work until you opened and closed it (and we did leave it for hours before opening it again). The seals on this unit need to be thicker, too.
