Does the water reach 100c degree? I have a different make and it goes up to 80c when it should be 98c.

Interesting question and not something I had previously considered! I just measured the water coming out and it appears to be around 90-95c.

Are the water holder easy to clean? as they can't be removed

Easy enough - flush descaling solution through the unit, as per the instructions in the user guide.

I have been using this model for 3 weeks now. Today randomly I heard it go on and it was pouring out hot water. I cleaned up and then it happened again an hour later. I don't recall pressing anything on it so not sure if its possessed.

How can I have more hot water than 200mls setting? Says I can have up to 400mls, but how do I change it?

I don’t believe with this model 400ml can be selected. If you quickly double tap the button it will deliver hot water continuously until the button is pressed again. For my large mugs I just press once, then again when the 200ml has finished. The 4l model that I had previously had options for setting different amounts and also different temperatures.

It would have been good to have some form of manual with the machine. Dismal piece of equipment and not up to westinghouse standard
