Terrible only works on Intensive any other program just throws the crumbs around and they land and dry on the dishes. Show details
Purchased September 2021. First control panel failure February 2023, 15 months later. Repaired ok under warranty. Second Control Panel failure July 2025, 28months after first failure. I guess there is no further warranty but what is it with these people? Are they just designing crap to increase replacement sales? Machine performs ok with … Read more
high quality dishwash tablets, it is quiet. We always pre-rinse and keep the filter clean to maximise performance. If it wasn't for the electronics failure I would recommend it.
Looks great, reputable brand and was on sale so made the purchase after reading several good reviews on The Good Guys website. After unpacking and putting it in place I noticed that the door was not shutting properly. It misaligns at the hinges and the materials look flimsy. Need to push the door from the side in order to close it. Haven’t even… Read more
tried out a washing cycle yet. Reached out to the store and a case files got opened. The store spokesperson was good and helpful but disappointed that we have to wait 2 weeks for a technician to come out and assess it. Very disappointed in the brand.

Poor product – I have recently purchased a WSF6602XB and it's the worst dish washer I've owned unfortunately. :( It never washes dishes properly I have to put it on multiple cycles to get dishes clean. Why could this be? Show details
Washed poorly – Always had Westinghouse appliances and been happy with them but this one disappoints. My last westinghouse dishwasher got to an age that it was too expensive to fix so I bought a new one. This one is so poor compared to my old Westinghouse dishwasher. It’s washes badly. This is not a purchase I’m happy with Show details
Westinghouse WSF6602XA wont finish any cycle, and ends up with start/pause light flashing – Turned out that Electrolux installers have rushed and connected the hose in reverse. Corrected the hose direction of connection between tap and the machine and it started working.
Basic dishwasher - Check installation! – Bought this dishwasher in April, in July it started leaking filthy water all over our wooden floor, and in November it had an F2 blockage error - again filthy water. After much to-ing and fro-ing between Harvey Norman and Electrolux, a technician identified the fault as - the installation! Please watch the installer - in this case Sydney… Read more · 1
Appliances both times - and ensure they DON'T hook the hose to the top of the machine. The Instruction Booklet clearly shows this should NOT be done.
It resulted in water backing into the machine, and caused both problems.
Avoid, avoid, avoid – Bought dishwasher through harvey Norman. Notes " minor" dents, when unpacked, bit don't think anythong of it. From day 1 didn't work properly-either didn't wash, or didn't open tablet door. Tried to call westinghouse service. Almost immediately spokesperson was aggressive and accusatory, stating " how do we know you didn't drop it". We tried to… Read more
re-explain ouir problem, again met with aggression. On the 3rd attempt, spokes person immediately " cancelled our warranty for no apparent reason or proof" of fault, along with an accusation, that we in fact broke the washer. There was no attempt at solving issue and any discussion on our part was shot down- not sure they should refer to themselves as a " service dept". Have tried to seek remedy via Harvey Norman- who also are stone-walling us. So, so far we have spent $1000-00 for a dishwasher that does not wash dishes!!!!, and we're out $1000-00. So, if you want to throw away money on a product that may not work and interact with a company that just cancels you warranty for no "rational reasoning" buy westinghouse- I'm sure they won't disappoint in that regard

Brand New - never used - having issues – I have a Brand New machine, never used. Last night it started making a sound like someone was pressure washing the driveway. No matter what I do to the front control panel, the pump will not stop. I feel like pulling this machine out and disconnecting the power from it. it's 1:36pm and still won't shut down. Any support here? I can give you my serial number Show details

Would not recommend this dishwasher – Paint was peeling off the display plate. Machine was just under 12 mths old and error codes started showing. Would not recommend this machine. Contacted Electrolux to have repair under warranty. Very poor communication. Ended up getting store credit due to time lapse. Went with a different brand. Show details
Biggest P O S I’ve come across – We bought this a year ago after our Euromaid ( that was 5 years old needed replacing) finally died , for twice the price . I just thought being a pretty well respectable brand and for twice the price of the Euromaid it would be at least twice as good… Bahahaha This piece of crap has never completely cleaned every item in it, no matter which… Read more
detergent is used. It doesn’t seem to have enough guts or something to completely blast all the crap off . The old $400 washer never left anything dirty , so wth is the go with this expensive, cheap piece of crap? It never even seems to drain properly ,when the cycle is finished and you open up the filter compartment it’s full of gritty , crappy sludgey crap.
Wish we’d never bought this useless overpriced junk
Caused house fire - put pets in hospital and destroyed our belongings – This dishwasher caused a house fire that put our pets in vet-hospital and destroyed most of our belongings. The dishwasher was 25 days old when it caused the fire. We purchased this dishwasher brand new. Show details

Excellent dishwasher – I have had this dishwasher for almost a year now with no problems whatsoever. The design is sleek and the use is simple it fits perfectly into our new kitchen. I like that it has a quick 30min cycle that works really well and also the Eco setting that runs for longer but great for when you do loads overnight. It’s not too noisy either. Overall very pleased. Know better, choose better.
Very good performer. Not too expensive – Replaced a Dishlex model that had broken down. On the surface, looked similar to the model it was replacing but certainly seems to be a better performer. Dishes appear cleaner (although brand new versus 5 years old probably helps). Cycles to select from are also easier to choose. Indicators clearly show when cycle has ended (LED lights on front).… Read more
Top rack seems to have more clearance than previous machine even at the high setting. Bottom basket has some fold down options not present with the Dishlex.
So far, very happy with the purchase.
Extra helper in the dish washing regimen – I have recently bought this dish washer and all I can say is that...reliable, fantastic, looks great and most importantly quite handy to manipulate. Additionally, works very well without causing any dramas. Show details
It washes dishes – I bought this dishwasher 3 days ago to replace our old dishex that was 13 years old and still going ,the new westinghouse does a good job but the door creeks when opening it is a bit of a worry being 3 days old Show details
