Oven door EXPLODED – Oven door EXPLODED.... came home from work glass everywhere. Dogs walk through the glass. Vet trip to get glass out. Imagine if it EXPLODED while cooking hot glass??? westinghouse have been amazing and very understanding. I could not find a replacement glass and they have sent one out. That is customer service. You don't see that anymore. Thank you for your quick service and support. I will be dealing with westinghouse again. Truely outstanding. Thanks
Junk front control panel shattered and glass went flying – Front control panel glass exploded and glass went flying, poor quality and only 2 years old. Service said oh this happens spare part is only $210.00 , really. Show details
Quite poor compared with 16 year old SMWG – We bought this to replace a 16-year-old SMEG which had a faulty door seal and door wouldn't stay closed, and bottom element went, but that was preferable to this Westinghouse. With the SMEG, 35 minutes on fan at 180C and you'd have roast potatoes. Westinghouse, an hour and counting at 200C and they are still not cooked. I'm talking hard, barely… Read more

A great oven that just does what it needs to – While recognising that this oven is on the cheaper end of the range, this oven has been great. It cooks evenly, seems to control the temperature fine, and we have not had any issues with it. Show details
Good oven & easy to use – We purchased this oven recently as our previous one stopped working (it was significant update from the old one). I have had it for about a month and so far I am really happy with it. quickly & cooks evenly on correct settings & temp. The air-fryer option is also a great feature since I don't need to buy one additionally. I love the way sleek design & fits perfectly in my kitchen. Overall it has ticked all the boxes for me.
TERRIBLE OVEN – Terrible oven, terrible service. When we turn on the oven, the knobs and the stainless steel section becomes extremely hot, it becomes untouchable. Electrolux said there is no fault with the oven, that is how it is! Clearly safety isn't important to them. Show details
Worst oven ever ! – Firstly you can’t phone anyone at Westinghouse for any advice . The oven exhausts hot air and smoke to the front so our kitchen stinks every time, we need to open all the windows. Our previous oven exhausted at the rear and we never had this problem. It is not clear which settings to use . We hate this purchase. Show details
