Completed electrical work including downlights and PowerPoints and tv outlet to a satisfactory standard. I would not recommend for tv install until they have a bit more training on this part of their job. Left my tv crooked unfortunately and quite a bit of patching I had to repair myself.

The WOW experience! – Jordan and the team did the job within 15 hours (next day) of informing them to remove the existing power pole, supply and install 1 consumer pole and 3 phase mains connection box and restored the power on the same day / ASAP. Also provided photos of jobs done as evidence. Hope Jordan and his team will continue to provide reliable, affordable and prompt services in the future too.

Reliable sparky! – Jordan and his team did a great job getting our security system installed. Did the job within 2 days of booking it in, and for the quoted price. didnt get charged any extra. Even came back to drop off the lense he accidently took home. honest people.

Hi Simon Watts, Your review is both misleading and completely inaccurate.
You specifically requested all cables to be hidden, and as you were well aware that your walls weren't cavity then chasing/cutting of the walls were required. We clearly explained this to you over the phone, in the quote and again on-site. We used proper chasing tools with dust extraction, and there was no mess left behind apart from the obvious – a wall that required patching afterward. This is standard practice across the industry. As electricians, it is our responsibility to mechanically protect the cabling, which we did using cement. However, full wall restoration and painting is not our trade, nor is it included in our scope. That is the job of a professional renderer or painter. If that means you need to patch it yourself, then so be it – we are not in the business of cosmetic wall finishing.
Regarding the TV bracket, we informed you multiple times that the bracket you supplied was warped and unsuitable. You chose to proceed anyway. Our team took the extra effort to level the TV despite the faulty bracket – and even showed you the result on-site. The TV was left perfectly level, and any claim otherwise is simply false. We do TV installations regularly – including subcontracting for well-known companies like West Coast Hi-Fi – without issue or complaint.
Fortunately, we document all our work thoroughly. Please see the image url below which is photographic proof of the level installation and written communication clearly stating the wall would need patching by a tradesperson. If you are going to accuse a business publicly, at the very least have your facts straight and evidence to support your claims.
