VerifiedI rang the New Customer number. They got back to me straight away. But the customer service representative could not assist and put me back on hold....lol....
They really don’t care about there customers in my opinion

Hi I lost my card but cannot reach Motorpass to cancel it? i've been on hold for 2 hours and the app wont work. I have emailed and texted on their help app. Not sure what to do. I think someone might be using the card too...
