Motor just broke - very expensive to repair – Dishwasher OK for first 5 years. Been breaking down gradually for months now, and now finally gone. Motor repair so expensive it is cheaper to buy a new machine. Cleaned well when was working Unreliable, high cost of repairs

Doesn't dry not overly happy – Had this model about 4 years no mechanical problems but no matter what cycle u wash on it doesn't dry the dishes. All have to be hand dried when the machine has stopped. I also find it's not great at cleaning, any chunky pieces usually left on plates cutlery etc & definitely won't wash pots n pans.. Not overly happy with whirlpool yet Price was ok

Terrible – Had this new dishwasher for about 4 years with only intermittent use. Have replaced circuit boards previously, and now the flow meter is not functioning (according to error code). Cost of part and servicing would suggest that the dishwasher is not worth repairing .. very poor .. would not purchase another Whirlpool appliance Reasonable dish wash Lacks reliability

Terrible – Don't get talked into buying one of these. Would rather buy another brand "second" than pay full price for another one of these. Looks Good Everything! Never washed properly. Noisey. Pump died 1 month out of warranty and Whirlpool recommended (Perth) repairer refused to be helpful. Replaced with new pump which never really worked properly… Read more

anyway . After 4 years I'm looking forward to next verge rubbish collection so I can pass this onto the next sucker!

Good – Previously I have always purchased Dishlex, this is my first Whirlpool and I am very pleased with it. This is a very good dishwasher. Holds lots of dishes and washes them well. Nice and quiet easy to use. Once in a while the powder dispenser doesn't open properly. I think it is because a piece of cutlery gets in the way.

Excellent – I love this dishwasher hasnt skipped a beat.Fits alot of dishes in there.Washes really good.Drys the dishes straight away so no need to wait.This is my second dishawasher and its the best one ive had.Very pleased with this product. Great dishwasher havent had any problem with it at all.

Terrible – We were told by the repairman that this model has a common problem with it's "bottom board" and that it is not worth fixing. Not good enough Whirlpool! Performed well and quietly for the first three years. Cost of parts made it uneconomical to repair.
