impeller sits in. It's just the matter of time until it rubs enough to get misalignment and start eating away at the plastic. Then leftover food particles etc will get in and cause "virtual sensor" error. I was not able to get anywhere with Arisit (company that distributes these in Australia) to get a replacement part as 2 year warranty is gone, so just a word of warning when you buy/have one already. There are A LOT of brands and models that have this part and they will all have this issue at some stage in life. The part you will need is C00302488

comes out absolutely incredibly clean. My last dishwasher was an LG but life wasn't so good with it. It turned out to be a blessing when my LG stopped working. My new dishwasher does a far superior wash and clean. We have been surprised by the results. This product is very good but sadly I have read reviews saying how hard it is to get things fixed, & customer service is really bad. I hope my dishwasher never fails me.
