Great Machine – Have owned this machine since Feb 2011, and has been absolutely great. Huge capacity which can cut down the number of times you have to do the washing and great array of set choices for different washes. Great improvement over the Bosch WAS28440AU 8kg F/L machine we had (bought in Feb 2010). Has restored my faith in F/L washing machines. Large 10kg capacity, reducing the number of washes to be done. Washes the clothes very well. Great set selection of washes on the dial. Can alter these selections if you wish ie reduce spin speed, or oncrease spin speed to max 1200 if you want the clothes nearly dry. Be aware that you need to press the "start" button for at least 2 secs continuously, to start the machine. The button is not instantanious.

Great washing machine – I have had this washing machine for about 6 months now, and it is a great machine, cleans really well and has a lot of wash cycle options. I have only had one problem with it, once I did overload the machine with clothing, and clothes got stuck in the door lining, and got a hole ripped in the clothes, but as I said, I did overload the machine that day. reliable, great clean clothes, large capacity.

That machine is so bad i bought it for only 2 days an the "AH" code appears PS ive read online about the company, apparently their so bad all their machines dont even last for 5 months at max, you would be lucky if it lasted 6 months. Frigen 1.5k of cash blown away

I must admit I have a top loading Whirpool and currently looking at fbuying a front loader. My machine is now 15 years old and I have only just started to encounter any problems - build up of Fabric Softener/Detergent and lint not being removed. Other than those two things occurring in the last 18 months now it is getting older it has always cleaned our clothes extremely well.

Excellent – I loved my previous washing machine (different brand) which I had for 13 years. It was a top loader. After doing much research, I found this Whirlpool 10kg machine and thought it suited our needs; a family of four with more than the average weekly washes. I didn't want long washing cycles and thought the pause and add button a desireable addition. I like the look of it as well. Finding it quite ergonomic, probably more than my top loader. It washes thoroughly yet gently. It's truely a great addition to our household! This machine is slightly taller than most others (even without a stand),has a wide door opening, and the barrel is angled back for easy access. It's very quiet and stable (on tiled floor). Huge selection of cycles from quick 30 minute (everyday wash is 1 hour) through to super eco wash which takes 5 hours and uses less water, lower temp and is designed for off peak washing. Cleans brilliantly and doesn't over spin the clothes (so very few creases). Pause button allows for late addition of stray socks once the cycle has started, huge bonus! No, nothing negative about this brilliant machine. I love it.

The perfect washing macine – I love this washing machine, I have only had it for nearly 2 weeks and I think it i great. It has every thing I was looking for in a washing machine and looks great to. Taller than other front loaders so don't have to bend down as far, heaps of options from quick 30 to super eco that takes 5 hours but uses less water and plenty to choose from in between, you can change the tempreture setting and the spin speed, very easy to use, plenty of room to wash rug and a good price for the size of it. Nothing what so ever.
