Not worth the money – Front Rusted out under the program panel and above filter cover after 4 years but still works. I have had it 6 years but rust is getting on my clothes. I have to give it a hit at the door once closed to have it start. Disappointed. Bought because of the selection of an antibacterial wash during chemo.

Dissapointed – This machine is okay but a few problems. Quick wash does not clean or even refresh clothes. Doesn`t spin heavy items eg kids doonas, towels adequately. Doesn`t have option of small load. occasionally rips clothes. Machine six years old and heater unit and main control model not working, machine unusable. Rang customer care got cut off, couldn`t… Read more

give info on cost of repairs. Rang technician cost of repair approx $600. Very disappointed expect washing machine to last more than 6 years. Also disappointed by unhelpful customer service. I would not recommend this machine Initially happy. Washes okay on most cycles. Died after 6 years use, cost of repair more than half the cost of new machine. Customer service poor

Great – I found the Whirlpool a fantastic washing machine. It's compact and yet fits a large load of washing - I can wash my bed sheets AND underlay in the same load. It's quiet and also has all the different wash setting that you could need, in an easy to understand controller. I find the timer especially useful as I can put a load on before I leave for… Read more

work knowing that it will finish just before I get home rather than having the clothes sit in the machine damp for most of the day. With a household of kids the machine runs almost every day and I haven't had any issues with it in over 5 years. I'm really happy with this machine. compact, efficient, economical, easy to use

Bad – When it works it works well but it only seems to last a few washes and then it stops all the bloody time! Some times i had to start it 15 times! Dont buy it, esp if you have a large family i have 3 kids and there are 2 adults so we have a lot of washing. Would nice to put it on and leave it but a lot of time is wasted starting it when it stops!!!… Read more

when it doesnt stop it washes clothes beautifully. Love the quick cycle Stops all the time oncertain times, have to push start button a few times throughout cycle. Can be quite noisey.

Terrible – Comes with a good water rating but doesnt wash properly - who designs/builds this junk. Absolute rubbish do not buy one! Cheap - we got it through industry contacts Didnt wash clothes properly the first 3 times we used it due to not enough water. Whirlpool service agent checked it over and said the only way to increase water level is to remove… Read more

flow restrictors from the inlet pipe. This required us to FINELY adjust the tap to allow enough water in to wash properly but not have water flooding down the front of the machine from the soap draw. Painful exercise and resulted in damage to the bottom of my new laundry cupboards. 2.5 years old and the drum seal has failed...

OK – I found that this machine is very noisy in washing mode but has better performance in spinning mode. I may seek advice in regards to noise as everyone tells me front loaders are quieter than top loaders. small and compact noisy
