Whispair Rome Series

Awesome! – So happy with our Whispair Rome - 90! I do not understand when people are willing to pay excessive amount for other things like super expensive curtains, vanity, shower heads etc. but would not shell out money for an effective rangehood. Our layout is open plan and this is one of our requirements, to have a rangehood that actually works in getting rid of smells and grease. So effective and so quiet!!! Also, would like to say that the customer service of Whispair is top notch. We had initial issues on our Whispair but they have been addressed in a swift manner. The customer service that we have received from Melbourne office (we live in Adelaide where the rangehood was installed) was top notch. As you can see, my user name is pissedoffwithBobJaneTmarts. My first and only review before this was for Bob Jane Tmarts and I created my profile in 2014 especially to pour out my annoyance with the service that I received from them and I was sooo upset with them that my review was not approved and I refused to edit it.

Anyway, they say mostly people will only go online or say something when they did not receive a good service. But I would like to give credit where it is due. To Whispair for both the product and customer service, 5 out of 5!

Note that this is only on first level but even using it to the highest level is not noisy compared to the previous one that we had that sounded like a plane taking off. We recently put a power point near the induction cooktop for our chip cooker or when we use electric fry pan. I will put up another video that shows our Whispair rangehood sucking the steam from the adjacent chip cooker or electric fry pan. Also for additional information, our induction cooktop is 70, our rangehood is 90.
