Fantastic. Use the melasma system exactly as they say to do and 2 months, being consistent- morning and night... not using any other products and my melasma is almost gone. I've had this awful melasma for 10 years and have been to beauty salons and skin specialists for help and there was never any confident plan to remove it and nothing ultimately worked until windyigarn. I have very sensitive skin and yes I go a little red when I first apply sometimes, particularly the meta peel, but within 10 min my skin settles just fine. I feel like anyone trying to rip this company apart with negative reviews has not followed the instructions. DO A PATCH TEST FIRST if you think you have sensitive skin, or even if you don't. Just follow the instructions! Don't apply too close to your eyes. They give very clear written instructions. These products changed my life. I have hidden behind foundation for so long now feeling uneven and embarrassed. I am so so grateful and still shocked how effective this system was for me and im actually sad I didn't know about it sooner. I hope you other girlies get success with your melasma too because I know how awful it makes you feel living with it for so long. ALSO: just want to mention the customer service, because they are all fabulous and actually personally check up on you to see how you're going.... what other skin care company has ever done that? I get no benefit posting this review other than supporting a great underrated company selling a fricken miracle in bottles

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with this product. I purchased the Melasma system based on the positive reviews, but after using it just once (morning routine, exactly as directed), I developed a severe skin reaction. My face became extremely red, with a strong burning sensation, swelling, and even blistering — especially across my forehead and cheeks. This was not a mild irritation; it was a serious reaction that forced me to stop using the product immediately. What is even more disappointing is the company’s response. I contacted them with photos and explained the situation, but I was told that because this was a “reaction,” it is not covered under their refund policy. This is very concerning, as no product should cause this level of reaction after one use and then leave the customer without support. I followed all instructions carefully, and this experience has been both physically uncomfortable and financially frustrating. I would strongly urge others to be cautious before trying this product, especially if you have sensitive skin. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend it.

By far the best skin care I have used! By far the best skin care I have used. I have super sensitive skin and i felt any irritation and it has not at all stripped any of my skin. It’s light weight and my dark spots have been fading. Im genuinely happy I purchased the product. Thank you!

BEWARE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE Bought Mela Peel for my pigmentation. After one application my face was burning and stinging...it went red. I panicked and washed off immediately. I contacted the company and ofcourse the response was no refunds. They have not offered any advice or credit or anything. Basically if you are silly enough to buy their product and it doesn't work or you have adverse reaction then contacting them is pointless...they got your money now they don't care. I sent the unopened products back and they refuse to collect from Post Office. ZERO customer service and don't care about customer. There is so so many complaints about them and everyone saying same thing. ACCC will be notified. I'm angry I didn't do research on their company before I bought the PRODUCT. DON'T waste your money.

I want to share my experience with this product so others can be fully aware. I have a very strong history of using high-strength chemical peels, melasma treatments, laser treatments, and other high-active skincare products — my skin is extremely resilient and well-equipped to handle professional treatments. However, after just three days of using the brightening kit, I suffered a severe allergic reaction: swelling, burning, inflammation, and welts across my entire face. This was not due to unprepared skin — my skin is highly experienced and capable.

I contacted the company and attached photos of my reaction, hoping for some support or guidance. Sadly, their response lacked empathy or genuine care. I was simply advised to spend more money on barrier creams and sprays from the chemist. Not one message offered an apology, acknowledged the pain and discomfort I was experiencing, or even showed basic human decency.

I asked if I could return the products, receive a refund, partial refund, voucher, or any form of goodwill gesture — absolutely nothing. The company’s approach shows a clear disregard for accountability and customer care. While I understand businesses have terms and conditions, there is also a level of basic compassion and kindness that should extend to someone suffering severe harm from a product. Unfortunately, this company did not demonstrate it.

Three different people from the company contacted me — the first two showed zero care, and only after I wrote a detailed email about the lack of empathy did a third team member show a smidgen of understanding. Even then, I had to push hard for that small acknowledgment.

As someone who has lived with pigmentation and acne struggles all my life, confidence and self-esteem are deeply affected by my skin. Outside of terms and conditions, a little human decency, compassion, or even a small gesture of goodwill would have gone a long way. This company failed entirely in that regard.

I strongly caution anyone considering this product — even experienced skin can react badly, and based on my experience, the company’s response if something goes wrong is extremely disappointing.

Please be very careful before using this product.
