Withings Body Scan Scale

Firmware update takes it from inaccurate to non-functioning – I purchased this scale for the body comp and segmented body comp functions. From the start the product worked ok, getting a reading each time I used it. Unfortunately the body composition values differed from a DEXA scan by a factor of two! ... Seriously! About a month ago a new firmware version was pushed out and from that time, it manages to provide (a still very inaccurate) body comp reading only about once in about 15 uses. We have read and followed the instructions to the letter, watched the instructional videos, donned our "light weigh clothing", cleaned the scales as recommended, wet hands and feet, dried hands and feet, smiled at it, yelled at it and even promised it a good review - still it fails to deliver the body comp readings we purchased it for.

Don't waist your money - shame on you Withings!
