Steer Clear – Scammers! Steer clear as you will just be giving up your information to be sold onto other companies.
Banks classify this company as a gambling company – I only used it once and will never use it again. Both CBA and HSBC classify this company as gambling. CBA blocked my payment straight up and HSBC charged me cash advance fee and interest on the repayment because of the classification. It's an absolute joke as they do this on purpose so that you miss payments and then they can charge late fees/missed repayment fees.
Selective company – This company states they consider more than your credit history yet I still could not get approved despite having more than adequate financials. Stick to loans Wallet Wizard!!
Useless – One of those companies that pretends it's really easy to use, but upon registration you'll find plenty of obstacles to getting the product. This wouldn't even let me set a new password. Amateurish and not what it seems.
Avoid WizIT Pay - Credit Check – Avoid this BNPL company as they perform a credit check and request a ATO Notice of Assessment to obtain their card. Do Not Apply with this BNPL company. Also their APP is totally buggy and even shows incorrect BNPL account balances and limits.

Changed limit on me from $1000 to $500 then found out I am in credit $55 dollars, locked me out of my account, closure and refund on the way as per ACFA complaint as I can't use the account, NO ONE, I s**t you not, NO ONE could fix my issue.
Horrible first purchase limits for most stores *some stores let you spend $200 or less first time* Horrible selection of dodgy drop shipping stores Overpriced due to wizpay payment method No app on iphone / android Horrid online website - manual payment broken then they slap you with late fees because guess what you CANT pay them, I wish I could wave a wand to see them kicked out of the BNPL space, they really do not compete and this half arsed attempt of a BNPL company shows.

Zip, Humm, Afterpay and Klarna are kings in this space, stick to loans.
To others having issues, lodge ACFA complaints and issue chargebacks with your bank, freeze any payments from wizpay, retailers MUST by law refund you, no matter the payment method, given wizpay take money from debit / credit card, chargeback is the way to go for action, you can prove goods were returned.
Worst Company ever – Can't make manual/early payments via site. Won't respond to emails, text or FB messages. Rang and got told to do it via website and when told I couldn't do it online as there is nowhere on their site I was put on hold. 20 minutes later grr. I will wait until it is paid off them TRY and close the account. Not worth the headache!

four night and it broke in the middle so we did the right thing packed it up in original box you would expect them to do the right thing give your money back no that's not the case good luck everyone. and look at the bottom attach a video of what the manager on the phone lying to me, absolutely discusting how you run your business and treat your customer's and for all you out there here is more proof myself and my daughter sent the bed back furniture offers sent refund back to wizpay for a bed that's it a bed and some how look at the dates they sent refund back to wizpay on the 2/5/22 but invoice they put the 6/5/22 so wizpay have held on to the refund money and playing games.discusting
Can't close account and keep getting charged account keeping fees! – Worst BNPL service. Small merchant base. Account paid and trying to close it, but company is non-contactable and the 1300 number on their website is actually for a Mediations International company. Keep charging up keep fees despite trying to close the account. Doesnt answer emails, and email provided on website doesnt even work! Had to go through my contract to get the right one! Stay well away from Wizpay.
