Woolworths Essentials Wringing Mop

The plastic strip came undone on my Woolworths Essentials Wringing Mop. It failed on first use. Less than a week. There are pictures on the web at https://www.productreview.com.au/listings/woolworths-essentials-wringing-mop by Terry M Qld it just appear to have come loose? It just appears to have un latched the holding strip which looks flimsy for any wringing (which pulls against the ridges on the strip. Does it fasten around the mop string bundle or the zip tie holding the bundle?
The plastic zip tie snapped and the mop head came off after I used it a couple of times in my caravan. It’s really bad for the environment when having to throw it out without being able to reattach the mop head. Really disappointed! ☹️

Absolute Rubbish – Bought two of these mops - one for upstairs, another for downstairs. A plastic zip tie is used to hold the mop end to the handle. Each mop was hung out to dry, however, the plastic zip tie must have been easily degraded by the cleaning fluids and/or water as both mops broke after the second use.
