I bought a world lawn Viper 46 cut in 2020, on the recommendation of a Landsacaping/Lawn mowing Proprietor, who had been in the business for many years, having used Torro, Ferris, Kobota, and many others and he stated that it was the best he had used hands down. I agree with him having used it for the last 5 years and clocking up just over 1000 Hrs. Yes Belts, bearings and blades along with air filter and regular servicing are costs you would have with any mower, but other than that, I have had absolutely no trouble with it. It still starts and performs as required, although new blades have a noticeable improvement in performance as they are fitted. Belts are a faster wearing part then other bits and the deck belt is fairly easy to change, however the drive belt is a little more difficult, but I have mastered both in a reasonable time. I have had Greenfield, Masport, John Deere, Cox and Victa over the years and although this is the first zero turn, it is fantastic. Now I would baulk at going back to a steering wheel style again. I still have the Greenfield, but haven't used it for 5 years. I mow an area of about 2.5 acres of lawn and gardened areas, trees schrubs etc, as well as a semi rural section of bushland and riverbank, and have never been let down other than a broken or thrown belt on the deck and a couple of broken drive belts, which necessitate recovery of the mower, by other means. Deck belt failure allows the mower to be driven back to repair. I have had no issues with paint lift as shown in above review, and maybe I am a bit more lazy, as I don't wash the mower, but rather air blow it clean. The rear protector shield is a little light for me, but I am probably less careful than some and mow stuff that probably a slasher should be doing. NO COMPLAINTS other than an issue with contacting the distributor Sun Trading (Importers) as they never answer their phone. Replacement parts (Consumables) have been OK until recently when the local supplier (120km away) has retired and I am yet to locate another supplier. Value for money was very good. Not a Rolls Royce, but a strong dependable unit.
Purchased in for $6,000.

Worldlawn zero turn Viper – Bought a world lawn Viper zero turn in 2022, in 2024 the paintwork is seperating from the steel frame it seems to be rusting under the paint work causing the paintwork to separate. After contacting Worldlawn Australia, their excuse was as followed “Looking at these pictures it seems like the paint has been chipped by impact damage which has allowed moisture to lift paint “
If you look at the photos attached there is no damage only the paint bubbling and peeling away.
Spending thousands on a machine I would not recommend this product.
