My worldmax tv is not working right now

I have a new worldmax 6 pro. Whenever i start it up, it goes through a while cycle of how to set up before it settles down to show the home screen. How do I avoid this waste of time during startup ?

Worst support team ever. No call back No replies to emails. I just recommend not to do any business with them. Unprofessional team. We been trying to contact them via email and phone for few days now but nothing, useless support team. I want my money back refund me right away.
