It's a great mower and Worx are fantastic company to do business with – I own a Worx whipper snipper making it natural to try their mower. It arrives packed in a box, but assembly is very easy and straight forward. The materials are very plastic in feel but everything slots together well and is robust. This makes the mower light and easy to manoeuvre and there is a good range of height adjustments as well. I've a small buffalo lawn; the mower had no problem with it at all. I found their customer service to be exceptional, probably the best I’ve encountered with an online store. Highly recommended
