Thank you xcar for following through with replacing 2 times broken windowshields broken by the couriers that delivered the parcel. Xcar did not question or hesitate to replace the broken windowshields which I am grateful for as I live in NZ and they are based in Australia.. Rest assured you will be looked after by Xcar when making a purchase from them Excellent service.

This product is not up to standard. After installation, there is a visible gap in the middle, and water leaks inside the car. The whole purpose of buying this product was protection, but it has failed completely. I received damaged items twice before, and even the replacement does not fit properly as per the car model. To make things worse, the company closed my review, which shows they don’t want genuine customer feedback. Very poor experience — not recommended at all.
