Could you please let me know the warranty period for the battery? We've had a similar Dyson vacuum for almost four years and its battery is still performing like new. We hope your battery cells are of similar quality, as we believe you get what you pay for. Show details

Started well...ended badly – As others have said the quality and longevity of this product is in doubt. Worked well initially and seemed a reasonable purchase. Until the battery life diminished, the air vent message and eventually a filter not prevent message finally killed it....now a useless pile of landfill unfortunately. Show details

I got a dud – This vacuum turned out to be a complete dud! When I unpacked it, I thought the machine looked great - Modern, clean & innovative. But once I started using the vacuum I ran into immediate problems. The main problem is a continuous error message saying Air Vents Blocked, which shuts the machine down. All the time! Even when clean & empty. Customer… Read more

Service on the Warranty is a disaster & I’ve only owned the vacuum for 5 months! In that time it’s worked a total of less than an hour. Global & Aust Xiaomi support refuse to help

Good Product but Longevity Questionable – We found this to be a reasonably priced and fairly effective product but have had two problems with it. 1. When trying to use it on high power it intermittently turns itself off claiming insufficient airflow - suspect a sensor not quite working to tolerance. Although this fault started after only five months couldn't be bothered sending it back… Read more

to be sorted under warranty.

2. After eighteen months the 'High Torque Brush Head' started misbehaving with the roller brush not turning under any load (e.g. on carpet) - head was also 'rattling'. Again couldn't be bothered sending it back (and having a fight with them under consumer law as it was out of warranty, although clearly not a reasonable life expectancy). Disassembled the head (using a youtube video for an earlier model) and found the two screws holding the motor to the plastic case had come undone completely and fallen out. Reassembled with the help of superglue and all now good, but I suspect the life expectancy of the whole thing is limited.

I guess these days we see these things as disposable - a shame. BTW you can get replacement bush heads from that famous online Ali site for about AU$50.

Impressive! – Bought this to replace a Dyson DC44. I was happy enough with the Dyson, but never really impressed. This unit is MUCH better, in almost every way - quieter, more efficient, easier to empty and clean the dirt collector. The only niggle (and it is really minor) is that the main vacuum attachment/wand won't click into the rack on the charging unit… Read more

for when you are using the crevice or furniture brush tools. We have only had it for a week at the time of writing.

It was great until it wasn't – The vacuum cleaner itself is fantastic but the battery life is a showstopper. It delivered about 25 minutes runtime when I first received the item. Now, 6 months later, it's down to ~2 minutes on high and ~3 minutes on eco. In other words, the vacuum has become useless after 6 months. Show details

Possibly the best way to enter the cordless vacuum market! – Purchased from Kogan for $275 and it is amazing! Used on low-pile carpet, tiles and hard floors - works effortlessly. Can easily vacuum a standard 3 bedroom home TWICE on a single charge; The display is very clear and easy to read. Xiaomi give you everything you need to vacuum AND mop every inch of your home; have dogs inside and the vacuum has no… Read more

problem picking up the hair on standard power; after using it for several weeks ABSOLUTELY NO HAIR - dog or human, has wrapped around the motorized brush, the entire filter assembly and dust bin is washable. It is also quite light and easy to maneuver. Genuinely impressed with the quality and value for money compared to other brands in the market. This could very easily be the only cordless vacuum you ever need to purchase.

Fantastic value for money – Great vacuum, tested on floorboards, thick carpet, thick rugs and tiles; it did great on everything. The battery has a great lifespan on 'auto' mode, I was able to vacuum my whole house from a single charge. Show details
