Will never purchase one again – I have purchased this product, only used it a couple of times like you do with generators. With only 16 hrs on the clock the motherboard has died in it. me $4500. Which is a bit concerning as you think a product of this quality you should get a bit more life out the generator. So how many more people have spend the extra money on this product thinking I will buy the name of it for the quality assurance, just to find out that product has not provided or lived up to its reputation and expectations. I feel that I should of purchased a cheaper No name brand of generator like my family members, which there’s is still operational. My next generator will not be a Yamaha. Can do without this headache again, very disappointed on the amount of money that I spent on buying this crap will be telling other people if they want to purchase one, don’t do as when you need it it will let you down.
