Not much stronger than a cheaper one – Having been through 3 cheaper department store tramps we figured that it was worth while spending some money on a quality trampoline. First appearances were that the Yeti had been a good choice. However the fibreglass canes on the net support have broken twice. The net didn't really last any longer than the cheaper ones did and the bounce mat is… Read more

starting to show signs of wearing through where they attach to the springs after two years use. Maybe there is no such thing as a hard wearing trampoline, I had hoped we might get about 5 years out of something that cost so much. Basically if your going to have regular use by one 6 to 8 year old boy then prepared to be buying replacement parts.

Great tramp for the price – Delivery was great we ordered nice and early for the kids for Christmas, we got everything we needed and got it assembled by myself in a couple of hours. Easy to get parts online as we have ordered a new net after about 12months of use, as the downfall we have found is where the seem is on the pads stick out which rubs on the net when the kids bounce making a hole. Over time gets bigger and bigger leading to replacement. Otherwise great tramp.

Awesome service! quick delivery! great trampoline! – Ordered our trampoline on a Tuesday and received it on the Friday (in SA) My daughter and I put it together needed a good size ladder to attach the safety net to the poles. Can't keep my kids off it. It got damaged in a storm (blew over as we didnt have it peged down well enough) and the service at Yeti were amazingly quick at supplying spare parts we needed to fix it. Great service and trampoline. Highly recommended

Great purchase – Great price and arrived with no dramas. Put together fairly easily considering the size. One thing the instructions didn't specify was to ensure the zip lined up with the ladder. All the kids in the street love it, have come home from work with kids sitting on the kerb waiting for us lol. Great buy for the price. Time will tell on quality, had for five months.

Great until you want spare parts – Purchased the supabounce 100 2 years ago, the mat perished in spots and no one can supply replacement mats - it wasn't a cheap trampoline so it's very disappointing that I now have to buy another trampoline because a $70 replacement part is not available and there is no plan for any to be ordered in the future. Topchoice who sell this product… Read more

have very narrow vision for this product and are not interested in repeat custom. I would recommend buy from a more reputable company that provide that after sales service not topchoice.

Quality Product - Recommended! – We purchased the 8 ft trampoline on the first week of December and it arrived a week before Christmas! Putting the trampoline was quite easy providing you follow the instructions accurately. Admittedly the pictures were a little difficult to see but we got there without much error! The trampoline is running perfectly in the 2 months of it… Read more

operating and my daughter (of 20 months y.o) and I have a blast on this daily! The only *minor* comment I'd make about this is to look at modifying the ladder hook doesn't scratch the trampoline edge. :)

Kids love it! – A friend recommended Yeti and after some research purchased Yeti 12ft trampoline. Initially supplier was out of stock but contacted us once they became available. Small issue of 2 out of three boxes arriving but third one arrived within a few days without drama. All up it took a week for tramp to arrive from Sydney to regional SA. It took my… Read more

husband and father-in-law a couple of hours to put together. We downloaded assembly guide from website. It looks great. Mat has great bounce and seems very sturdy. The padding is very thick and appears strong. Net is strong and stands up well against our boys three and five banging against it. We are very happy with our purchase with trampoline and frieight under $500 and most importantly our kids absolutely love it.

Nice quality trampoline in this price range – The 14 ft, yeti trampoline is a nice unit, good quality for this price range, easy assembly and built to last. Looks good in the garden and is sturdy even when adults are at play. The yeti has a gentle bounce, so its good for the beginner. We are pleased with the purchase , kids love it! no safety issues as yet and we will be buying the basket ball kit soon.

Such a cool trampoline – We bought our trampoline few days back and have installed it today, It took my husband about 2hrs to assemble it. Kids love it! It also looks great! The only con is that there is no enclosed assemble manual in the package, but it is readily available at the website.

Trampoline good, service bad!!!!! – I ordered our trampoline 10 days before Christmas and on the website it said we will get it if you before a certain date, which I did!! By the 23rd I rang to ask where my order may be and I was shut down abruptly by the guy in the warehouse, telling how busy he was and if I stop calling he would be able to do his job and find my order. So my… Read more

order never came on time and no one notified me of this, and my 2 kids did not receive their Christmas present which was devastating for us and them! Then the office was closed til 29th Dec and then once I finally got to talk to someone after an email was sent, I was told I can reorder (as the courier company had misplaced it) but the warehouse doesn't open til the 5th jan!! So in actual fact I didn't receive it til the 10th of Jan!! That was my kids Christmas present!!

Then I open the box there's no instructions...

And course to top it off there is 1 piece missing to complete the trampoline!!

So I write an email to tell them and they say sorry we will send it out...

Waiting waiting, of course it doesn't come then I send another email and I get sorry the person didn't send it and I will personally send it!!

So it is now 13th Feb and I still don't have it!!

These people and company are a joke!!

No communication unless you initiate it... My compensation was $30 delivery fee off and $50 off the tramp!!!

Not worth the time, headaches and heartaches!!

Order now for next Christmas if you want it on time!

Consider wisely from a un happy customer!!

Happy Customer – I purchased a 12ft Yeti trampoline a week before Christmas. After some belated research i decided to give Yeti ago as they had stock and reasonable shipping costs and looked like a new Australian company looking to please. The transaction was not without hiccup with 2 boxes out of 3 arriving on the last working day before Christmas. I do not hold… Read more

Yeti trampolines responsible for this and as such they were communicative and apologetic through this and were proactive in refunding shipping costs. The same could not be said of Toll Ipecs customer service! As to the trampoline as a first time buyer of a tramp. The set up proved to be a little challenging however most of it was achieved buy Dad and his 7 year old. For the spring lay out i had to refer to a competitors video which made the whole spring thing a lot easier then Yeti's instructions and i think anyone below 6 foot is going to struggle a little putting in the top circle pole. Apart from these 2 points a relatively painless 2 hour set up. As to durability and construction it seems well made and safe and in a small town with a few different brands floating around the comments have been positive on a user and buyer front. To long term durability will have to remember to update at a later date. Hope it helps. Good customer service and quality Slight challenge to install and lack of customer service from their shipping company.

Kids Love it and we do to. Very Helpful – Got a new Yeti trampoline for my kids 8th Bday. He loves it. Looks great, Very modern and different from most out there. Is a spring and seems bouncier than a lot of the others and the springless one we had prior. I was writing the review as the service was great. I struggled to put it up on my own so one of the guys from the office dropped in… Read more
