Zarraffa's Coffee

I haven't seen Eva (Virginia Heights shop) for a while. I always looked forward to seeing her happy faxe and she is favourite barista. See is a credit to your staff.

Zarraffa's nth Rockhampton After waiting 20mins from the pay window to collection window received a cold coffee there fix was just to microwave hot if I wanted microwaved coffee I would just do it at home never again will I go back there very disappointed

I don't drink coffee out much but every time I go to Bethania zarrafas I have a perfect experience. Drinks made awesome, customer service excels, they listen and are helpful and know how to make food and drinks great. Thankyou! Show reply

i have been enjoying the coffee at Zarraffa's for a while now and it's not just the coffee that brings me back every morning, it's the staff. They are amazing, Georgia, Natasha, Tina, Angela, Izzie, Leyla - the girls are always welcoming, warm and friendly, they are always smiling and honestly, the service is outstanding. Management have done well in selecting their staff. i would have no hesitation in recommending Zarraffa's.

Zarraffa's is my favourite drive-through coffee place, because I love their coffee, however this review is more for the pleasant, helpful customer service I received today at Canning Vale. The way in which the customer service person dealt with a misunderstanding of my order was very good. Thank you!

The coffee and whole team at Redbank Plains are the best! Number 1 tasting coffee for miles around and for a busy store it never takes long to get through. Been getting my coffee here for years and thought it was time to give a shout out.

Do not buy any coffee here. The staff are rude and not trained in making any coffee. The babycinno we bought was very cold milk not even frothed up! The customer service was not pleasant.

After moving into the area and few weeks ago I've been to the Bethania store a dozen or so time's & found the coffee average at best but the customer service has been even worse at time's. I was largely ignored this Saturday morning waiting to be served & the customer behind my walked out. As someone that's been a loyal customer of Z's for over 25 years it's very disappointing.

Zaraffas is my go-to for take-away coffee, and Booval is usually very efficient and the people are lovely. arranging for a waiting bay would alleviate the long waiting times for people in the queue. One car behind us pulled out and drove away as soon as they could - they obviously also had enough of waiting.

Zaraffa’s Bankstown is one the best places for coffee, not only the coffee is made with so much care and attention but the team at Zaraffa’s is one of the best teams with a great work ethic, passionate, professional and they make sure that your coffee is made perfect. Shout out to all the beautiful team Izzie Elly ,Tash, Rayan, And Seren who make the best coffee everyday with a beautiful energy and smile.

I am not happy with lawnton store i go there every week once a week and ask for the samething and i have to repeat myself about 3 times at speaker i talk really clear but they still make me repeat it. Great coffee. Terrible avocado feta on ciabatta. The Avocados was too smooth and tasted of chemicals rather than real avocado. Bring back the chunky real stuff or slices.

We had been going to Zarraffas for years. Unfortunately, due to the inconsistency of the coffees, a couple of coffees I just couldn't drink, and the higher prices, we stopped going.

Hi visited zarraffas at Booval Qld this morning and requested a short black otherwise known as espresso or a piccolo. What I received was a long black put into a small takeaway cup. These guys use the crappiest soy milk on the market. Come on guys. People who drink soy milk gag at that poor quality lab created soy. Bonsoy is the only soy soy drinkers prefer. Get with it. Why make us pay more for that chemical stuff?

usually the servers are nice though. except recently (maybe last week?) i went to the zaraffas drive through and the lady speaking to me was a bit mean. she kept mishearing me, which is fine, so i repeated myself a bit louder and maybe she thought i was angry with her or maybe she was annoyed that she kept making mistakes? i have no idea. i asked for a iced chocolate float and she thought i wanted a white chocolate mocha and three of them, even after i already said i just wanted one. but when i ordered it she asked if i wanted it with coffee or not, and i was confused since i didn't expect that question, and so i just repeated myself, and she seemed to get a bit annoyed and started giving some long explanation in a cranky tone about how they have a version with and without coffee etc etc... (i already knew that, its just i assumed iced chocolate meant without coffee). then she asked if i wanted icecream or whipped cream in it, but i wasn't prepared for that question (i thought a float implied that there should be icecream 'floating' on top???) so i froze for a second and needed a couple seconds to think (there wasnt anyone else there so its not like i was holding up the line) and she got annoyed and kind of yelled "im asking a simple question, do you want icecream or whipped cream with it?". which i felt was a bit unnecessary.

i understand that maybe she was having a bad day, or was tired, but at the end of the day, its a customer service job and she shouldnt get cranky with me, or treat me like im bothering her for being there. im sorry, maybe i should have said something about the way she spoke earlier but i was too tired to complain earlier.

Amazing – Never had it before but the iced latte was mint

Low grade matcha powder – I love Zarraffas usually! That’s why I was so excited when they finally got Matcha in! Had high hopes when I went in but they’re using a low quality matcha. It shouldn’t taste grassy or super bitter like it did. I want to love it so that I don’t have to drive all the way to Starbucks so pls do better Zaraffas! Also the strawberry cold foam was awful and the Frappuccino version was a matcha smoothie not frap.

Crap morning – Frozen coffee, unable to drink , very dissapointed sad morning experience

Bad tasting coffee – My wife and i have been going to Zerrafas at Lawnton for about four years and always get a triple shot lactose free flat white , up until about three weeks ago we loved our coffee , and then our coffee has tasted strange ever since . Anyone else experienced this?

Coffee quality – This is one of the few places that do alternate milks correctly. I have been at shopping centres and cafes where it is very hit and miss but it is reliable at Zarraffa’s.
