Keeps crashing! Lose footage! – Keeps crashing even when everything in GPS mode has been checked! When it’s not crashing I keep losing footage! Don’t waste your money on this drone!

Zero-X Evo 4K – Had The Zero-X evo 4k drone for about 18 months and for the last 12 it has been unused in a draw. Pulled it out to charge it up and get it ready to take away with me but it now it wont operate in gps mode. I've tried everything i can think of and everything I found online doesn't work either. The drone was working perfectly before it was stored. I've reached out for support directly from Zero-X via there website but I guess I'm not worth their time now its out of warranty.
