battery with the code, however the battery required was out of stock, so I reached out to customer service via email and was contacted back fairly quick (considering the Xmas break) the customer service representative (Jeremy) went above and beyond what would be reasonably expected from customer service, he sourced a battery for me so I can get back up and running ASAP.
Correspondence back and forth has been hassle free and without delay along with first class willingness to provide a top notch result.
Just to make it clear, my issue was user error not a product fault, I can 100% recommend Zero X Drones and if you do have a problem just reach out to Zero X they will get back to you and do their best to resolve your issue in a timely manner.

would have been able to gain the technical help I obviously needed. Flew the drone today in 20-30kph wind and it hovered in the one spot, not bothered! 4K video is amazing and image stabilisation makes the video look like it was taken on a tripod! Fly around me mode, follow me mode works well and connection to your smart phone is easy. Highly recommend this product and at this price it is a no brainer. My tip.....read the instructions CAREFULLY.

always positive and prompt. For the price of $399 it was certainly value for money. Maybe those who bagged the brand should have taken more time to understand the drone. I recently crashed it badly. My fault and broke a rotor. I applied the bonus oops I broke it 50% discount and a new one is already on its way to me. Top marks ZERO-X.
