Update 2 years on and 30,000km – Update 2 years on and 30,000km I work it hard and tow a big boat. Has been great with no major problems for a budget truck here is some heads up as the parts shipping costs out of China are crazy even tho the bits are not expensive. Diesel oil filter Z148X Ryco fuel filter WF8327 same as a Hyundai sorento. Also be sure to change… Read more

your Diff/Gearbox oils I have gone to Synthetic oil, changes gear much nicer and was

putting a bit of metal on the diff bung magnet which has now stopped on new oil.

4000km And going strong so far

One of the First ones in New Zealand Diesel 2.5 engine.

We have done 4000km and it's going well, value for money with lots of features.

Certainly it's no Toyota but hey its half the price, A good looking truck we put a towbar on it tows my 20ft Bayliner well, the deck is huge plenty of room for the motocross bikes.

Early days yet but so far so good.

Excellent value - top back up service from John Hughes – My 4x2 dual cab has done around 5,00Km over the last 2 months on mainly open road. Good fuel economy considering small motor and heavy vehicle, Can't fault the Service Department

NOT recommended – I would definitely NOT recommend purchasing one of these. If there were no quality issues it would be a passable car for work or private use for the price however I bought one of the first 10 in the state, have done 3900km and taken it back 5 times to get things fixed. If you do purchase one, check: Model Year on the build plate, mine is MY12… Read more

passed of as MW13

Payload in the owners manual, mines listed as 625kg instead of 1t

All electrics work, I had multiple fuse problems driving off the lot

Brake pedal returns to normal position after breaking and downshifting at the same time

If you have an iPhone bring a charger and check it charges

Listen for clunks from front end when making sharp turns out of driveways

Check interior fittings like glovebox closing easily and sun visors not hanging down away from the roof

Overall the service department is valiantly trying to fix a dud every time I bring it back but I've been left wishing I'd paid a bit more for a quality brand. cheap, practical 5 trips back to the service centre and counting, its only a matter of time
