you dont need the straps for the net to the uprights been used for 6yrs without them and the net has never fallen off. I originally wanted the 12ft for the 120kg capacity but can tell you the 10ft can take well over 150kg daily, the main matt hasn't shown any signs of wear it's great (although don't look at the underside stitching possibly done by a child who has never used a sewing machine before). The trampoline lives outside direct sunlight and used regularly the safety net is amazing I'm over 100kg myself and I've fallen into the net mucking around with my kid and watched them do the same with there friends and the net eats it up, and the zipper never has failed. We zip tired a lawn soaker hose to the top edge and it's a hit with all the kids in summer. After about 4yrs the spring protector started perishing from sun and 6yrs the top of the net ripped and one of the uprights snapped and the spring cover was 100% perished. Rang them up got all new parts were fair priced and great customer service trampoline looks new again. The springs are all still good, main frame has slight surface rust and the powder coated legs rust fairly quick as the powder coating rubs off from use. Best advise is loctite your upright bolts in as that's how ours snapped after 6yrs came loose and got hit. Would recommend jumpflex to anyone wanting a trampoline good price and very sturdy.

size for a two year old toddler to grow into and use for years to come. I was so impressed with all the add ons the trampoline came with which was the sun cover, sprinkler for summer (which we used and was loads of fun for our little one) and anchor kit. This brand has a lifetime warranty. The quality and build of this trampoline is the safest I've seen. The netting is placed inside the ends of the trampoline and not the outer edge which I believe adds extra safety from those fingers getting caught in the springs (springs are covered with padding). I'm extremely happy with this purchase and highly recommend.

We purchased our 12 foot trampoline over 3 years ago and our kids absolutely love it. Our safety net and shade cover needed replacing and mistakenly ordered the wrong size. We love this trampoline – We had this trampoline and it was the absolute best! Amazing quality, safe and my kids loved it! We moved house and couldn’t bring it with us and we miss it a lot. If we had the space, I would 100% buy one again. I do wish they sold smaller sizes, as we had to get a 6ft one but they don’t make them and we got another brand. Horrible service – purchased a trampoline for my kids Xmas present went to set it xmas eve and realised was missing a whole box of parts and sent one box for a bigger trampoline. They know these are xmas orders should be better, ruined my kids Xmas and since then the customer support is horrible. Review of Jumpflex 12ft – Frame is a strong build with quality steel, the netting initially is very tight and hard to install however feels safe when the kids fall into it, however the spring cover is lacking in quality as 2 of the securing Velcro tabs completely ripped off with minimal force when setting up

Strong and Sturdy! – Quality trampoline and parts. Surprised how easy set up was, it took two of us but didn’t get divorced putting it together with my husband. Also survived the 100km+ winds we recently had come through so very happy with that. Highly recommend. Show details

It is the best trampoline we have had by far. My kids said this not me – My kids are 17, 15, 11 and there friends. The product is great and not expensive. The service was helpful, very Courteous which made buying and deciding which products was for us, second to none. ladder. I called Jumpflex and apparently they can only hold up to 50kg. Maybe Jumpflex could improve that. Otherwise we love this trampoline and I’m glad we went for that brand and size.
