Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. The issues began immediately with shipping, delays and missing parts meant we couldn’t even properly assemble the trampoline when it first arrived. For a brand new purchase, this was already frustrating and disappointing. Once we finally got it set up, the real problems started. The trampoline… Read more

has been unstable from the beginning, with the legs bending during normal use. This is not just poor quality, it is a serious safety concern, especially for children.

We have been going back and forth with the company for months trying to resolve this. Instead of taking responsibility, they have repeatedly sent out replacement parts that do not fix the underlying issue. It has been nothing but ongoing “band-aid” solutions rather than addressing the fact that the product itself is faulty.

Despite clearly explaining that the trampoline is unsafe and not fit for purpose, they have refused to provide a refund and continue to push more parts instead. This has been incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time.

For such a significant purchase, you would expect a safe, reliable product and proper customer service. Unfortunately, we received neither.

I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from this company, based on our experience, the product quality and after-sales support have been extremely disappointing.

Follow-up  · Really happy with the trampoline - easy to sweep the leaves off and the kids use it every day. Doesn't seem to be affected by the weather.

I bought this trampoline in 2019 and it is still being used almost daily. I replaced the springs last year, and have recently replaced the jump mat only because the metal rings used to attach the springs were beginning to break. The mat itself was still in good condition. We bought the Oz Trampolines 14ft Summit Round, and it’s been amazing! Super easy to set up, really solid build, and the bounce is perfect — smooth and springy without being too soft. The safety net is strong and secure, which gives us peace of mind with the kids jumping non-stop. It looks great in the backyard and feels like it’ll last for years. Highly recommend for any family! Show details ·  2

I love this trampoline. It got delivered right before Christmas. Santa whinged a fair bit putting it together last minute but the kids loved it when they got up on Christmas morning. It is sturdy and uses good quality materials. The mat has really cute pictures of Australian animals on it which I love. Very happy with our purchase. Show details

Follow-up  · There has been no fading so far. The kids enjoy the size of the trampoline but I think the mat needs to be broken in more to get more bounce. Assembly was very difficult for one person. I would recommend a few people and some good tools

Excellent quality. Very durable and well designed. Safe. We finally had to demolish it after 10 years of hard use by our teenager and friends. The inner pad mounts finally gave out to rust, but the rest of it was still sound. Highly recommended. Show details

Follow-up  · The trampoline lasted over ten years out in the weather. It was not easy to assemble, being quite complex and large, but very well designed and manufactured. It requires two strong adults. The only thing we did to improve life was use car body wax spray on the bolts and springs.

Perfect upsize for our yard – Now that the kids are a bit older, the 12ft round Summit is the perfect addition to the back yard. Fast free shipping was definitely a plus. The 200kg weight limit means it’s good for adults too, so we can have some fun with the kids. Assembly was relatively straight forward (takes a bit of effort to get the springs on as you’d expect).… Read more ·  1

Everything fit without hassle, construction quality seems good. I like the provided clamps for the net poles too (much better than standard hardware you get with some trampolines). All required tools are included.

They also use a bunch of extra pole sponge lengths to protect the kit while in transit, so if that deteriorates due to weather, you have spares (great idea). And there’s a bunch of spare parts too. *thumbs up*

Wasn’t 100% sure on how to configure the entry door as the instructions were a little vague there, but that’s just a minor detail.

Follow up service was also good.

All things considered, perfectly happy with the purchase.

Great quality trampoline and outstanding customer service – My 3 year old daughter wanted a trampoline for Christmas. We did loads of research, before settling on an Oz Trampoline. thought of everything - comprehensive instructions, and a 'just in case' pack included, which is just brilliant. They also sent us a reminder to check the boxes when they arrived and let them know if anything was missing/wrong - to avoid any last minute issues on Christmas Eve, which I thought was a great idea.

The trampoline itself is great - its sturdy, secure, and safe. It was straight forward to put together, with clear instructions. It has a high weight rating, so you can easily have a larger adult and child on the trampoline together. The safety pads and net are high quality and work well.

What we also love is that everything came with the trampoline that you needed - ie the ladder, safety net etc (not all companies do this, some charge for the ladder).

Although its early days, we love this trampoline and it's going to bring my daughter years of fun and enjoyment. Great quality, great product and great company!

Not suitable for children 4 and under – I am not one to write negative reviews but I really am annoyed with myself with this purchase, I have a 16month old , 4 yr old and close to 7 yr old, and this trampoline is not fitting for kids younger then 4 or 5. There is a huge risk of the child walking out from the entry gap , it is wide open and no tight security. I speak first hand… Read more

experience after spending my night in emergency with my 16month who fell straight on to the pavers head first. Resulting with grazes and massive bump to the head. I think it is important to note to parents to look for much safer tampolines in the market for younger children.

Also the entry point looks nothing like what you see in the videos and photos, or what they say

"Effective and very safe overlapping enclosure system that is zipper free for longevity"

Instrad it curves up and leaves gaps, it does not sit flush against the trampoline, this was the first thing I complained about to the manufacturer, they originally claimed we didn't pull the net down properly, believe me I tried everything to have it sit right, and after back and forth discussion it was evident we did the right thing and they eventually sent me a new net. But that wasn't the point, there should never have been any gaps to begin with.

I also found there is not enough net to wrap under the trampoline to prevent a young kid getting the leg wedge between the net and the outer bit of the blue mat, which happened to my niece who nearly fell through. As well as that young kids can easily lift the blue mats and put their hands under and touch the springs as there is nothing to hold it down. In fact that was the other issue with the entry, when you tied the net on the pole, if you really wanted to have it sit flush against the trampoline it will mean the blue mat would lift entirely up.

I am not saying its a terrible trampoline, it definitely does the job, but just not for the younger market, but I think there should definitely be a warning that it is only suitable for children above 5.

Take it from someone who whilst supervising her kid , he still managed to sneak out and fall quicker then I could catch him, it was a terrible experience and just wouldn't want anyone else to go through it.

However please note I am not just writing this based on this incident occurring, I have thought about posting this since purchasing, it was a slight regret of mine, I didn't consider this when I saw how the entry was designed, until once we built it.

If you are going to invest this kind of money, I suggest other safer brands in the market for the younger age group.

Trampoline perfect for my toddler and also my 9 year old, chose this size as we have limited space. Was easy to set up, only took 1 person. We chose this brand as a family member has one and it’s been up for 6-7 years, nets are still intact and everything works great. Show details ·  1

a new safety pad to go around the springs — 7 years in the weather, it snows during winter and we regularly get -10 frosts, summers are usually decently on the warmer side. We also get decent storms with strong winds and never once has our trampoline moved — it normally takes several people to shift it which can attest to how heavy it is. After 7 years, our kids are now 12 and 17, our trampoline is still going strong and I 100% 10/10 highly recommend.

Please read this before buying from Oz Trampolines. I bought their Summit trampoline in 2023 and by November 2024 the clamps had already rusted and the top structure kept falling apart — just from normal use and shifting it slightly to mow. It’s unsafe, and I wouldn’t let my kids on it. I followed the instructions exactly. When I raised concerns,… Read more

I was told it was “poor installation” and offered parts that didn’t fix the core problem. I didn’t drag it, I didn’t misuse it — it’s just a badly designed product.

Then I found the exact same model rated as Not Recommended by Choice for safety issues. That says it all. Wish I’d seen that before I bought.

Safer products for the little ones out there – We bought the 8ft trampoline as it looked suitable for young children and the website claimed that the product had.. "Effective and very safe overlapping enclosure system that is zipper free for longevity." and "Safety is our top priority - Our 8ft trampoline is made from very dense padding that completely covers both the high-performance springs… Read more

and the robust frame for complete peace of mind."

The fact is that the overlapping enclosure design does not at all completely enclose the jumping area. It is extremely easy for a small child to crawl and slip under the overlapping entry point and off the trampoline. Also the overlapping netting is not tightly overlapped but separated by the width of the padding approx 250mm.. again not fully enclosed and too easy for small children to get through and fall off. The website claim sounds like the overlapping zipper free design is safer than the zipper design but this is not the case.

The claim about the padding is true it seems to completely cover the springs but nothing ties the padding down enough to prevent small children from easily lifting the padding which is quite loose and getting their hands caught in the springs.

This trampoline cannot compare to our last 16ft round trampoline from a national sports retailer. Our previous trampoline had the safety wall netting inside the spring and padding area tightly fixed at the inside point of every spring making hand injuries practically impossible. Also the zipper entry point was completely enclosed and safe as apposed to the oztramps overlapping opened with gaps design.

Oztramps claim of a 90 day peace of mind guarantee and great customer service is non existent. I raised these three main safety issues and got the run around with 7 back and forth emails and was finally told it would cost $250 to $260 to return. I was also told it would be better for me to sell privately via Local advert, Gumtree or ebay.

Other points to consider if you are thinking of buying is.. The build time is quite long with many nuts and bolts used on the T pieces where other brands have a locating push pin connection The wall posts of the trampoline overlap and clamp on the outside of the main trampoline leg posts instead of slipping into each other like other brands.. Then a third pole overlaps the second overlapping pole to create the cover option. All of this overlapping and clapping is really painful and time consuming and does not fix together well as side pressure on the clamps make the poles twist from being parallel with each other which looks terrible. The cover pole clamps also clamp around the wall poles which have been slipped into foam and plastic padding, again a bad design flaw making the clamps not really fit for purpose and most likely will cut into the padding with a bit of time. A few T pieces where already used and scratched up The trampoline has only been up for 3 weeks and the matting, and large safety tags are already discolouring and fading. The trampoline matt also leaches the black colour off after rain.

Sorry about the negative sounding review for everyone but I hope this is helpful anyway. Hopefully Oztramps can put maybe a 5 and over age restriction as it's to easy for young kids to slip through in a split second if they want to be risky. Hopefully they also start to practice the good customer service and peace of mind guarantee that they claim.

14ft Sumit Round Trampoline - Great Quality and Long Lasting – 11 (and a bit) Years ago we purchased the 14FT round trampoline. Since then that poor trampoline has been to hell and back, sitting out in the middle of Regional Victoria and it was largely unprotected for it's entire life and was used very frequently. Okay – Sturdy construction and attractive. It was somewhat challenging to assemble the frame - particularly the last piece to complete the circular frame. The poles for the netting just push together (instead of click) which meant that several of them separated in the process of pushing them through the netting. a hole on the other piece of pole would improve this. The website rates the capacity at 150kg, however, the box rates the capacity at 130kg. Considering this will be used by children and adults alike, or getting the weight capacity rating is important.

Excellent Oz Trampoline – We have had our trampoline for over 10 years now and are just replacing the mat and safety net (which Oz Trampolines looked after us for with a great replacement price). Love these trampolines – This is the third 12-foot trampoline we've purchased from Oz Trampolines over the years, and they have all been great. My son is out on it every day and LOVES the basketball ring attachment! Each time we've purchased a new trampoline, the innovation has been better (better clasps, better attachments etc.) which as the builder of them, I appreciate. Great service, quick delivery and such a smooth process. Couldn't recommend them enough. Show reply
