it worked well for 2 years – This was the last new pfaff I bought and I was happy at first. Mid range but the top drop bobbin race kept needing to be replaced, it burred and stitch quality suffered

Purchased in at Busy Needles Singleton for $1,200.

Beautiful Machine, great features – Have had the machine for just over 18 months now. Upgrading from an old 1475CD. Stitches sew beautifully, and the IDT (walking foot) means minimal pinning before I start. The Mock coverhem stitch was what interested me the most. Automated sewing takes the stress off my joints, just a matter of guiding fabric and keeping my head :) Only thing I am not as happy with is the head is too low - no room to get at the bobbin case and needed new screwdrivers short enough to fit.

An excellent machine for the price – Purchased this machine 4 weeks ago. very easy to use lovely stitch quality and lots of choice of decorative s titches. Needle up / down function either by button or tapping the foot control. IDT for even feeding of both layers of fabric when stitching . Stitches can be maximum of 7mm in width and stitch restart button useful for doing uniform rows of pattern stitches.

Very nice machine for the price of $999 AUD compared to others in the same price bracket.

Would have been nice to have a knee lifter apart from that nothing is wrong with it.
