It just keeps going – I have had this machine now 12 years, never missed a beat. Starts first time every time with ease. I have never turned a spanner on this thing, same plug, same air filter. Only now the bump head has died and I'm shopping for a new head. Not bad after 12 yrs, the last 3yrs being on an acre and worked hard and long.
Purchased in at Big W for $120.

Terrible – Talon tools are tough .... because when I threw the piece of junk four metres out of frustration it bounced. Still doesn't work though! The fact that I purchased it
Terrible – Adding my comments to the so many happy owners of the "tough" Talon garden Hawk.It makes a nice decoration for my garden shed minus the pull starter which is in bits in a plastic bag.It was always hard to start,then one day recently I pulled the cord and the guts of the starter mechanism disintergrated.If I can get a new starter for it I might fit a propeller on the end of the shaft,lock the throttle full on and let it fly away ! The name because I like birds of prey.Nice yellow colour. Badly made starter mecanism,plastic engine cover got very hot and burned my arm.
