We purchased these about 5 years ago at the start of COVID when we were all stuck at home in lockdown. Figured we needed to make our home space as comfortable as we could as we were stuck at home. We had our electrician install them which costs a bit extra, but well worth the expense to get it done right. These heaters are fantastic! On a cold evening, the radiant heat that these heaters generate is like sitting outside on a sunny day soaking up the sun. They are effective, efficient and they look great. We purchased these through Bunnings and their supplier is Thermofilm, and their after sales care is exceptional! Thermofilm went WAY "above and beyond" to help me with post sales and warranty support. They didn't have to do that, and to see this level of customer care is unusual and refreshing! Thank you for your support and putting your customers first! Great product and I would highly recommend them.
