9.9 Elliptical Rubbish support and no pre-programmed workouts if you don't pay monthly subscription – This is worse than using a gym machine 20 years ago. Either you buy an iFit subscription or you can't do a decent workout. In manual mode (the only thing you can use other than buying a subscrition) you can't program or save a workout. This means you start from scratch each workout and have to constantly press buttons during your workout. Even on the older gym machines you could select basic workouts. I was told by a rep before I bought this that this was possible so was very disappointed. The quality of the machine is good and set up is fairly each, even for one person.

However lack of even the basics for doing a workout makes this no better than buying a $500 machine.

This is a very versatile common complaint but Nordtrack/iFit refuse to address this.

Do yourself a favour and go with a more flexible option. Not worth the $1500 price tag if it's not functional.
